Some great performances.
I'm excited for the next round!
Yeeun is fluent in Japanese btw. Not 'we're going to promote in Japan so lets learn a couple of lines to greet our fans. She, Yujin & Seungyeon all passed the JLPT fluency exam - a university level exam that grades Japanese proficiency.

I think at the moment my 7 picks for the final group are Hwiseo, Juri, Nana, Sangah, Wooyeon and either Kei or Bora (I slightly prefer Kei but I feel like Bora's done so may survival shows, at this point Mnet owes her a win). But then I also wouldn't mind putting Yeoreum in there. But I think overall, I'd be happy with my formation. Which really surprised me because going into this, I only really knew Chanmi, Kei, JooE, Bora, Miru, Yuki & Juri. I feel like this show has really introduced me to some gems.

There was a Chinese show called Sisters who make waves, which was a competition to make a Cpop group of over 30yo women. Jessica Jung was one of the contestants in season 3

To me, Fye has been the most impressive person on the show. I even liked her Shutdown performance and I detest Blackpink's music. She's making it work despite her limited Korean and the other girls' limited English, and secondly I have no idea what her dance background it, but she's keeping up with professional Kpop idols in that category. I hope she makes it, but I think it's going to be difficult for her to win over a lot of Korean voters unless her Korean improves, as Korean Kpop fans really don't like it when foreign trainees don't speak a lot of Korean. (See Yurina in GP999), plus in general, they don't seem to find darker skinned Asians very attractive, and Kpop first and foremost is a visual medium.

Agree that the imbalance is evident but I'm looking forward to seeing other girls on the Queendom Team shine. Even though Puzzle Team has very strong performers it allows for some attention to some hidden aces on Queendom Team. I hope Soojin gets some kind of redemption though. What she went through was just part of the drama MNET created but that doesn't make it hurt any less I'm sure.

Gotta love Doh Wa for fighting for Hwiseo. It was the right decision and honestly props to Nana and Suhyun for not stealing her back. Imagine having to compete against the top 7 all being on 1 team. Sometimes it pays to be the underdog because it makes for a good story. Hwiseo will shine in Queendom Team but so will many others. Honestly this is good for the Queendom team because there are hidden cards that people have yet to see. Waiting to see more of (Weki Meki) Elly!

When it comes to arrogance I can see what you're saying. Puzzle Team measured their skillsets against the other team and it can be perceived as looking down on them. Even though I saw it as confident, since they are competing I understand that they can't help but compare skills. I don't recall them speaking badly of the other team or mentioning they couldn't pull off a song/concept though maybe my memory of a moment in the episode escapes me.

MNET likes to create drama and the voting out people in earshot of one another was very cruel. It's spicy and good tv but I can see it creating some really negative headspace for the girls. I really hope when they regroup they adopt the attitude like Yeonhee, "You didn't pick me? I'll show you!"

I think the show you were talking about rebooting older idols, there are several but probably with groups you've never heard of. Maybe someone can correct me but the one with Tiffany is Slam Dunk Unnie?
MixNine and The Unit also had previous artists from different groups. Though Mixnine was a fiasco and The Unit was okay but the individuals who won didn't promote for very long.

Don’t worry about YouTube love! It’s not going anywhere and don’t stress about how many things there are to react to… it’s not a good time… but there will be time where you feel great. It happens… I deal with anxiety and depression… and you do ten times as much as me lol please don’t stress about it.. even if we bug you for reactions.. that’s just us being selfish… so please take care of you first.

Everyone performed on the same stages and came forward on the same stages… we know why ppl voted for their faves and that whole voting the members out at the end just left the queendom teem feeling awful… I hope they use it and win… even if I like some of the puzzle girls… I don’t like the arrogance I’m seeing from some of the puzzle team

There’s no secret that the ppl there are biased towards certain contestants lol I mean you can tell from who is getting their name screamed out and stuff… shut down and only one lost bc of that. It’s horrible to do judging like that but guess that’s something they learned lol all of these girls are working just as hard as each other.. but this isn’t a fair industry I guess… ya know it’s not always the most talent that is the most popular or wins the most awards right? The stuff with the two teams was hard to watch and felt like one team was getting all the rewards and that’s a bit difficult seeing the other girls getting so down about it… I just think the Imbalance is a bit much… but I think it put fight into these girls too. Everyone on their journey and all that

- Honestly two cases for the low votes for some performances are : Popularity / Performance (pdv from the audience)
It's one point I never liked, I get having fans in the audience but sometimes for the voting it's suck because sometimes the fans know how to be neutrals and sometime they don't. During QUEENDOM 2, I was pretty okay with the votes (didn't watch QD1) because I feel like it was balanced out by the others artists being in the public (ex : Rookies, QD/RTK/KD groups, Vocal/Dance expert) + audience in ZOOM (mostly for the international fans) / LIVE (koreans). Meanwhile here you only have koreans fans and you don't even really know how they enter, also you don't even know if MNET try to take the same amount of fans for each groups.
If we take popularity in account, SHUT DOWN having a low score is not surprising, Fye isn't know, Sangah popularity in Korea isn't big at all and H1-KEY members might had a charting song but I don't know for the fanbase. ONLY ONE only had two people and I think the more members you have, the more you are sure to get vote because of the fans coming together
You also mentionned it, it's good to take in account how the audience on sit e see the performance because I don't think they had the big screen and some performances/detail are taken way better with the camera and I think it may be why ONLY ONE/SHUT DOWN didn't do as well as we thought.
For ONLY ONE, they started on the floor but depending where you are in the audience, do you see it well? Same when there is the mirror effect, are they able to see it as well as we see it? It's the same thing with the moment where Soeun is on the floor and Kei is walking, it may look different from their view.
For SHUT DOWN, as much as it look cool on the broadcast, it might be harder to focus with all this happening? Maybe in their eyes it was more messy? We don't really know. I feel like SHUT DOWN look really good on camera and broadcast but I'm not sure how it feel on site
- You are right about Japanese idols. PRODUCE 48 (where Miru was) really show the difference between Kpop/Jpop. Jpop idols or at least where Miru came from they doesn't train like Kpop idols, they don't train for years but just some months, after that they develop and improve skills after their debut as they interact with fan and perform. Also they are more focused on the entertainment side
- The two girls they showed in the audience before DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY performance were TRIPLE S members. They went to support Jiwoo and Seoyeon
- MNET went too far with what they did with the voting out. Couldn't they just let the team as it was? They were all balanced out until they gave the coupon to NXDE team, they should just have gave them beef and that's it. It's one thing I don't like, they always have to put voting out/downvoting in public for the QUEENDOM series and at some point it's just upsetting because it's always the women you end up with that system. At least, couldnt they make them vote in another place? They have to give their reason in the open with all the girls so close? It's just so unnecessary, it's hurt both sides, the one who are voted out the most even worse if they heard it and I'm sure it hurt the others to vote and make them feel bad

Don't worry about posting on youtube too much. We understand that there's SOOO MUCH content that it's hard to keep up. Breaks are important for mental health too. As long as you're having fun doing it that's all that matters. I've so far been enjoying your Queendom Puzzle content so I really appreciate you taking time to react and enjoy the series and performances alongside all of us! :)
