Tbh I didn't like the Lisa feature. Just because of the way it was done, yeah she felt super disconnected from everything else. I wish she was there for more of it & actually interacted w/ Ikon. Like at least she should've joined in the dance party. Personally my least fav performance of the round. It just felt kinda... ordinary. Like it didn't stick w/ me. Edit: Oh, I didn't realize u could edit comments on here! Anyway, oh yeah that's the other thing. I felt like Lisa kinda stole the spotlight. And like in the "the feature (she) was the most memorable part", so like... I think that's not good. Anyway, I'm not trying to be mean, I just didn't really vibe w/ it.

Seungmin is a menace, but he's a cute menace. Seriously, his face so so puppy! <3

Amasaden

I would burst out laughing w/ eye contact. I find it very uncomfortable to look at others' faces while they also look back at me. Its like one of us has to look away lol

Amasaden

I feel kinda bad for Its One not winning a single round, but I lovvved all the Mayfly performances. I liked the dance round about equally for each, but rap & vocal Mayfly was just too good :3

Amasaden

No… “who’s boyfriend” is this and “wait a minute he looks real good” 😂 because to be honest SAMEEEEE!!! Literally the same thing I said I was like 😲🙊

Just because I love Deadpool and I could get where the performance made 0 sense in references to you without seeing it...Deadpool is one of the "superheros" who constantly breaks the 4th wall in his movies. He's constantly talking to the audience. It's kind of something unique about his character.

this is gonna be a long ass comment from me besties rewatching this with you makes me remember just how nerve-wracking this entire episode was dojisdkkdk just have to mention it before I forget: your skin looks amazing, it's glowing!!! I would LOVE to see a mama ateez version. exo did a metal version for it (@ SBS GAYO 2016), can't remember if you've ever reacted to it, but it's honestly one of my favs and I would totally see ateez doing something like that. I live for ateez (and skz) exo covers Seungmin, LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!! been listening to skz since day 1 and I get why people focused on Woojing instead, vocals wise. Say what you want about his personality and what went on with that entire situation, BUT man could SING alright. just objectively speaking + he was definetely highlighted a lot better as a vocalist back then and taking into account the fact that skz songs generally aren't vocal centric at all... BUT I've always been super appreciative of Seungmin and his growth as a vocalist, feel like he's still extremely underappreciated and was always confused as to why he doesn't get a lot more attention (even before Woojin left the group). this performance tho??? had everyone gagged, gorls were not ready, but I KNEW he'd deliver. that's right, this man been stable and SINGING since day. immensely proud of how he just proved his vocal abilities here, he was definitely the main focus despite, yknow, technically speaking, Jongho and Eunkwang being a stronger vocalists. he sounded so full and strong and present, loved to hear this side of him as for Jongho... crazy how much skill and control he has and it's insane to think how much room he has to develop in the future, given that he's so young. I soooooo agree about the warmth his voice has in this middle range or lower range, I personally love to hear it and I hope he'll get more parts of this sort in ateez's discography in the future... I feel like 90% of the time he still has that role of bringing the shock factor, vocally... and as such is more often than not given those specific lines or parts of the songs (which I ain't hating, I just wish he'd have the oppotunity to show his voice in all of its nuances rather than focusing on one thing always) "he's singing like he got divorced" PRECISELY. him in this performance and Doyoung generally are THY definition for this specific way of singing with such emotion eunkwang honestly did an amazing job at leading them and making sure to highlight some amazing things here. he's definitely a seasoned vocalist, btob debuted in 2012 after all. I really appreciate how he put the focus on them when he could've easily taken more parts or lines since he's the senior, but instead chose to give them the opportunity to showcase sides which plesantly surprised a lot of people. mad respect for that, but at the same time this man has proven his vocal skills since long ago. I'm not a hardcore btob stan but even I know they're some of the strongest vocalists in the industry and older kpop stans are all on the same line, I think. I feel like melodies would be able to give some good recommendations here, as far as btob showing those skills go feel like everyone was HIGH KEY intimidated by this vocal performance also, their faces and reactions just said it all sjhdsnjsd my heart broke for inseong. he is usually pretty great live, I've watched plenty of sf9 live performances that prove that. it just seemed like that was a bit too much pressure on him this time around changbin's low-key worried face when he realized ikon was ALSO doing a bp song. lmao this man is an open book, love him. always cracks me up to see his initial reaction to that lisa GAGGED everyoneeeee, I just wish her part was longer and that she performed together with the guys. due to the lack of time for rehearsing for something more, they had to stick to that little segment only so that's understandable at the of the day "han seems like a dork" oh boy, you're not ready for the storm this lil dude actually IS and I mean that in the best way possible + your reaction to changbin's rap ABSOLUTELY. he's so fierce but also immensely skilled, I cannot wait for you to hear more of him minho danced his ass off in this performance. he always does, but this was just something else, the members always refrence back to this as he went 150% and yes, he had a LOT more parts in this vs the rest of the stages you were so distracted by the little snippet with sf9 covering taemin the next ep that you missed the song the boyz is going to cover.👀 let that be a surprise then YES! can't wait for road to kingdom, that remains my favorite performances wise, as much as I loved this season a lot more for the interactions between all of the guys and y'know the fact that my fav groups were in this

I think our MyDay president Seungmin would take it as a huge compliment to be compared to Wonpil haha

I don’t think stray kids have too many songs in a style that would highlight seungmins vocals… or any of them really… they’re not super vocal heavy and songs mainly rap heavy… so it was like anybody who only hears their title tracks may not know seungmin can sing like that bc it’s not the main part really… but wow what a gorgeous voice!!! And jonghos lower and mid register tone are everything!!! The first vocal performance was really well put together too… but harder to maneuver with more members and not just main vocalists… mayfly was only main vocals … and some of the lead vocals from the other group were my favorite parts of the ones performance lol they’re all talented… but def can see the pros and cons. Poor inseong… you missed when he was talking about how much he wanted to be friends with Jinwhan and stuff at the beginning… so I’m sure having 3 groups to feel sorry too and someone you idolize… was hard for him. Really could’ve happened to anybody and unfortunately it happened to him… however he actually hit some crazy notes after the high note that were super impressive live… which takes a lot to keep it together enough to get that out ya know. So really great performances Also you missed so much content w 3racha bc you were distracted by hand arms 😝 and since you kept pointing out ppl in the background of whoever was actually talking… I’m guessing you missed a lot of what they were saying at those parts if you weren’t looking at the captions at that time lol too many pretty faces… I get ya… but hopefully you watched captions more often than not ! You’re crazy lol hope you’re feeling better!!

Actually I think you described what Eunkwang was trying to accomplish with Love Poem. He wanted Jongho and Seungmin to shine and highlight their voices with how he arranged it I think. He was more so there as support and adding emotion/flavor. I felt like it was similar with what Bobby tried to do with Sunwoo and Hwiyoung in the rap round. I feel like Eunkwang and Bobby are kind of idols among idols and they thrive off of being able to help others do what they are passionate about. Something I read (so not 100% sure if true), but during the rap round when they split the teams supposedly Bobby was kind of annoyed and not interested - he just wanted to work with his group. Once he met Sunwoo and Hwiyoung and heard their passion for rap and excitement to get to actually do what they wanted he became fully invested and inspired by them. I actually found a quote in an article! "I didn’t wanna do it at first, I was thinking to make Chanwoo do it for fun. But when I first met Sunwoo and Hwiyoung, they were so passionate about it so I changed my mind that I want to do well for the performance." - Bobby.

oh, wow. Both vocal performances were outstanding. I loved both and I am little sad that It`s One couldn`t win one of the duels. For the No Limit performances my tendency is 55-45% for iKON. Stray Kids slayed it and I liked the concept, but I loved iKON`s idea and concept a little more. I am looking for the other performances. Lee Mujin's Service is a show I would recommend to watch, not only because of the attendance of Stray Kids members, but because of a lot of Idols, like Suho, Kihyun, Joohoney, Hoshi, Seungkwan, G-Idle members, Ive, NMIXX etc The episodes are not that long , they talk a little and sing 5 songs, one is a duet with Lee Mujin. a lot of great episodes. Have a nice weekend!

Kame

I knew a few Stray Kidz songs from casual listening but after watching this Seungmin vocals just beautiful. Def check out his covers his vocal tones is ❤

RachelLB

Ateez and Straykids are besties. Stray kids motto is “stray kids everywhere all around the world” so that’s in many of their songs. Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool does a lot of that funky narration which is why Felix and Bangchan do it. When you watch Ateez the next episode, they decided not to make a performance to win…but to use their opportunity of No Limits to create a performance for their fans with their storyline. So you may be confused 😭😭but to atiny it’s very special and meaningful. Ima cry watching it again with you. Just an fyi 😂

The numbers on the rice cooker were skz's debut date iirc and the text was their album titles. The tank/truck was a reference to Ant Man. Felix steals the mini truck from the safe which I didnt realise until I watched the behind the scenes stuff. The subway set was actually inside the truck which is cool. One of the signs that pops up while Chan is talking (and he pushes it down) says JYP pabo 😂. The rap verses were all new for this performance.

The love poem vocal performance is such a highlight of the show. You can watch the complete performance on youtube without all the interruptions from people's reactions - it's called full version. Yes Changbin is one of the producers. That performance made him cry. I think his comments to Seungmin were because Seungmin was using a bigger, fuller part of his voice compared to what he usually does for Skz songs, which is more of a lighter or as Changbin said, thinner tone. Skz tracks don't typically include a lot of crazy vocal parts so Seungmin gets to show off a bit more doing covers and solos. I think at this point he had also been seeing a new vocal coach for a while and got to show the results! If I'm not wrong I think I.N was also inspired to start seeing the same vocal coach after this performance! Seungmin has been on Lee Mujin's Service (so has Han, and actually I just saw a preview for I.N's episode!) so that could be one of the things you check out in Skz week if it's not too long. For some recent live vocals. Lee Know does love touching butts lol. He's not a huge extrovert, I think he was an introvert when they last got tested, but he is quite eccentric. I don't know too much about Ikon but I think Jinhwan is very cute too and I like his beauty spot. He face reminds me a bit of Yoongi.

K E

yeah so lee know is commonly known as their MAIN main dancer and dance leader, however Felix and Hyunjin can also be considered main dancers as these three form the unit DANCERACHA. They also have a few self choreographed videos and live performances (solo and as a trio) on YouTube so those are something you may want to check out when you do your skz journey. :)

Hannah

"I don't know what's happening in church........infidelity" I'M CRYING LMAOOOO

Hannah

Yes Lee Know is main dancer and he is the leader for choreographer dance in skz. If we have bangchan as a whole leader, lee know is a leader for skz performances. He shine a lot in kingdom which make peoples notice him a lot about him and I'm so happy for him bcs he is my bias since day one skz debut. And yes wooyoung close with Felix, I think you don't remember that they did a performance together on the last episode for dancing and Felix is the one who jump on wooyoung. They became very close since then ♥️

The Love Poem performance is my favorite in all of Kingdom. It might be the simplest in terms of staging but it left a huge impact on me. I still watch it every couple of months. Thanks for uploading and I hope you feel better soon!

Mel

Ahhh I’m so excited can’t wait to get my dinner and watch this 🥰♥️. Thank you for uploading and I hope you get well soon, always with you in my prayers <3
