I understand your point. I would usually agree, but when you look at the data from the results it didn't matter much, you can take out all the fan voting and the show would've ended the same way.

2023-11-27 04:28:33 +0000 UTCHaving global take up so much % is honestly crap cuz skz has a huge following so even if they don’t really do a good job on the performance stay will still vote for them because that’s there favs. Although I do think they should have it less % because each group has a different number fanbase and it’s really not fair, however ateez definitely deserved those 2 number 1s they did phenomenal and if u say otherwise.😑 Btw I’m not hating I’m a stay, I’m just giving my opinion on what I see!

2023-11-20 05:19:59 +0000 UTCI'm catching up with your KINGDOM reaction. The thing with both rap and dance unit here is that I feel like It's One and MAYFLY used different approach. It's One went out of the idol roots meanwhile MAYFLY stayed on it when it's come to the performance. (Both are good) For the rap unit, I feel like you would have put a jury with khip-hop artists only, It's One team may have win. It's One went for a performance that you can see in the khh scene (All the members had experience on khip hop show so it's make sense especially Bobby) meanwhile MAYFLY was an idol rappers performance. I personnally liked both, I didn't have a performance I liked more than another. It's the same thing for the dance unit. I feel like It's One went more on what I could see on korean dance survival show meanwhile MAYFLY went with an idol dance performance (synchronized dance, clear concept and big highlight moment) for the dance unit. However, because of my definition of "dance performance", I liked It's One performance the most. In my opinion, it's One performance was more creative and original than MAYFLY. It's One took intrumental songs, created/portrayed a whole storyline with it that I found really clear so I didn't need to think too much about it which was by the way so beautiful and they choreographed everything with it. I love the way they varied the music for the different moment, each of them being highlighted and coming together at some point, showing the different states of the king was so cool. MAYFLY felt like a cover with addition? They took Wolf, kept the concept, kept some move of the originals and changed or added some others, they did a great idol dance performance for sure but I definitely liked It's One approach on this one better. However because the core of the show is an idol competition, it's explain the way the votes tended to favor Mayfly's approaches to their performances because they delivered idol-like stages in comparison of It's One The only thing I have, It's a shame THE BOYZ did not bring Changmin for the dance unit, I don't stan TBZ but Changmin is my favorite dancer in their group, he just shine so much and I wish they could let him show what he got

Their show Code Name is ATEEZ was following their journey prior to debut and she comes on the show and critiques them. She was VERY tough with them, but if I remember right (watched this so long ago) she stressed facial expression during performance and from that point on ATEEZ has put a ton of effort into that. So her appearing on Kingdom and seeing them now was a full circle and just amazing. She is so talented and respected.

For the dance again both did great but I completely preferred It's Ones performance over Mayflys, felt it was more original and impactful. I don't Stan any of the groups but I was impressed with them all... the voting yea caused a lot hot-ai sadly online ... was one of those times I stayed off twitter.

2023-05-21 00:11:43 +0000 UTCYes the It's One - full dash team are still close they performed it at an online kcon they were all at and Bobby had Sunwoo and Hwiyoung appear in his latest solo comeback MV. Both rap teams were great, Mayfly had a message and fabulous stage while I loved the strip it back have fun hip hop route It's One did, personally still listen to full dash more outside the show. Main dancer Peniel! But loved seeing Taeyang perform with Juyeon and DK.

I would have send Zuho with Hwiyoung to the Rap Unit, he has a different Vibe and this performance with one more rapper could have been better. Maybe SF9 decide to let Hwiyoung have his moment, because of what I have seen on different Shows, he seems to be less confident sometimes, although he is soooo good. The Boys could have send one or two more members to the dance unit. The dance and the idea of the dance/theme was great, but there would have been a bigger impact with more members in the unit. I love the chemistry between them all. Now I am curious about the next episode.

2023-05-18 15:38:59 +0000 UTCAbt you mentioned San is kinda like Kai when he dance and his facial expressions.. yes I agree that SM bcs my ULT crush is Kai and Exo if definitely my ULT group so when I saw ateez performed they are good at thier live stages and facial expressions especially San,he always give his everything on stage and use his facial expressions suitable for each stages he performed. He used to struggling with dance and he said he practice more and more to became a better person.Also San and Seonghwa said that Kai is his idol so yes make sense when he look up at his idol so much and love him too. I bet both of them are happy when do the rover challenge with Kai . Must be the happiest day when they meet thie role model 🥺♥️

Like they could have had a huge team for the dance round with all The Boyz members but chose to just have three people. Not sure why but I guess it was just what they wanted to go with.

2023-05-18 11:08:18 +0000 UTCThe chinese characters thing: a korean syllable can have multiple meanings, so parents will choose the meaning for each syllable in their child's name, which is a corresponding chinese character. So two people with exactly the same name in korean can have different meanings/chinese characters attributed to their names. And so you will sometimes see idols explain the meaning of each syllable in their name. 5RACHA were very comfortable with each other from the start - they have existing friendships between the groups so I think that helped - e.g. Chan probably knows Minhyuk quite well as he's been friends with Peniel for years. And 3RACHA are used to working collaboratively so it all went very smoothly. That was my fave performance of this episode.

2023-05-18 10:48:05 +0000 UTCLoved all their interactions and stuff… lots of natural chemistry and that’s so fun to watch… also holy tangent reactions Austin!! 😂 between this and the bring the soul docuseries reaction I think you went on more long tangents between these two reactions than I have ever seen you do 🙃 you got confused or missed certain things they talked about and then asked about bc you could def see the wheels were still spinning in your head and then you’d pause and talk about it again lol cracks me up bc I def do the same thing so I can relate to you a million percent. Drives me nuts to not get all my thoughts out or feel like I may be misunderstood if I don’t clarify something… and go on many tangents daily.. always cracks me up tho

2023-05-18 10:06:34 +0000 UTCYou had to vote for three different groups, so this led to the fandoms designing 'strategies' (which basically meant, people created multiple accounts on the app, votes for their favorite group with every account but spread out the other votes). Tbh I wish they had limited fan influence in the rounds to Youtube views, it would have lessened fanwars >_< As a multi most fan spaces were insufferable, people wanted their faves to win at all costs, even if the groups clearly weren't participating to win, and were just there for exposure.
