Unfortunately because Korea is technically still at war and the country doesn't have quite the man power to defend from North Korea the draft is mandatory. Only a cease fire was signed. It really sucks because it is not fair. North Korea has also been doing some shady shit recently as well. I'm glad Jin is not at the border.

2023-03-13 18:17:16 +0000 UTCRe: Military service. Yes, women can join the military in Korea. I don’t know how long she’s been serving, but (Big Bang’s) Daesung has a sister who is a solider. I believe it’s his older sister, so she had a been serving before he even had to. Also, Korea’s mandatory service is basically a response to North Korea making threats all the time, and attacking in the past. It’s also a response to occupation from other countries. It’s a military service for defense. It wasn’t even really implemented the way it is today until like the 1950s, after it was free from being under Japanese rule. So much of the service is making sure they have the manpower to defend themselves if need be.

2023-03-04 09:41:26 +0000 UTCIt feels like you’re maybe a bit intimidated about doing run BTS episodes bc of all the reading and games that might sound confusing… but they’re honestly amazing and easy to follow once you start. Maybe do the BTS GAYO episodes first bc they’re before run BTS….and it’s all them playing games but all the games are music related… so we get to see them sing a bit, dance a bit, tease each other and even little skits … and sing trot music! Lol these episodes are so under appreciated but they’re so fun

I can’t imagine why he would tour without that new album … I mean he’s got plenty of songs to do… but just feels like solo concerts with one full album maybe with some old songs mixed in … but who knows… so excited for him

2023-03-04 09:02:49 +0000 UTCI survived the Ticketmaster bloodbath and it was horrendous. Thankfully, I watched several videos by people purchase tickets for past concerts as this is all new to me. It helped me to remain calm and not panic. Panic is your worst enemy. I got floor VIP soundcheck which I am both excited and terrified about. LOL. Last time I was on the floor with no chairs at a concert was Kool & The Gang. Wow I just aged myself. LOL That was pre Ticketmaster days. I hope they do a live stream too. I would buy a DVD or digital of the concert in a heartbeat. I know the concert will be amazing. Hybe needs to rethink their ticket selling process though. Too many people were ripped off by Ticketmaster and the dynamic pricing. I’m very disappointed the dynamic pricing option was there. As far as the Korean military, women can join the military but they are not required by law to serve as the men are at this time. However, as the number of children being born is low they are concerned there will not be enough men in a few years so there is talk of requiring women to enlist too. If you happen to object to military service because of religion you were arrested and imprisoned for two years when you became of age to join. I think there has been some changes in that but it still is not good. Adult Child was very unexpected during Rookie King. I loved the combo of Namjoon, Yoongi and Jin though. 💜 This was a lot of fun watching again.

2023-03-04 03:38:29 +0000 UTCI think I enjoyed this last episode the most. I loved all the Xman games but I especially loved when Hobi asked Tae if he tried to slip him the tongue. Honestly that was probably the moment Hope became my forever bias. What a great fun chaotic ridiculous show. I loved it!

This is an actual tour by himself so I'm excited to see how it will work. It was fun rewatching these with you and seeing young chaotic bangtan. I can't wait to see what other show you have coming.
