I have no idea! I'm just working as fast as I can, solving problems as they come and fullfilling todo_list as I go, until there's no item left and everything is working fine and feels satisfactory, and the game is ready for upload. Only then can I say for sure "the game is ready, and sent for upload". After that, it's up to the hosting site, which I have no control over, to upload & release it in a matter of hours, days, or alas more sometimes. So, yep, the answer is : "as soon as humanly possible"! ;)
