Personally i prefer the first option as i love grounding my stories in reality. But i would love to see what you all prefer. So please vote.

I like ones where you see the personality and perspective changes. Where it shows them adjusting to being a woman. The frustrations and the benefits. How the changes in how people perceive them changes how they see people and the world. Also the sensory and emotional changes. How their skin is more sensitive, their sense of smell more acute and noticing shades of colors. The surprise and new sensory experiences. And old ones from a different perspective. How they become more empathetic and social etc.
