We're drawing close to the end of the year, and looking ahead to our plans for content for 2023. Currently Team MAD are hard at work on January's theme, which we'll be announcing at the end of the month as usual.
For February, we've decided to allow Patrons to decide which theme to produce next! These are the ideas we've narrowed it down to:
Badlands would be a theme that touches on those mountainous areas that aren't quite Forest, aren't quite desert. Orange sands, rocky outcrops, butte climbs, forested mesas, and chasm rivers.
For visual reference, consider: Utah's Zion National Park.

Tropics would seek to fill out our library of beach, jungle, and rainforest maps. Overgrown ruins, stretches of beach, secluded waterfalls, and forgotten temples.
For visual reference, consider: Tomb of Annihilation, Crucible Magazine's 'Ballad of the Bonny Bard's Booty'.

Twilight would aim to create ethereal, magical locations without limiting itself to be an entirely Underdark theme. Umbral, shadowy forests that aren't just Feywild or Dead trees. Think glowing Myconid caverns, crystal waterfalls etc.
For visual reference, consider: World of Warcraft's Crystalsong Forest / Shadowmoon Valley (WoD), some Underdark Caverns.
