Early Access Release: Day Two, Part 2

In this update, we wrap up the afternoon of Day Two with the added options to hang out with Alex, Asher, and Isaiah, with some guest appearances from the other members of Skinema and the Atelier 54 bartender.
These are three very different boys with some unique outlooks, and I'm excited for you all to get to know them better. And of course, there are a number of new CGs to unlock as you play.
Accessing the new content
These three afternoon hangout options are available to choose once you return to your dorm room after Will's class on Day Two. To access Asher's hangout, choose to text someone. To access Alex and Isaiah, visit the dorm's common area.
Where to save
As the new releases transition into adding alternate choices like this, I'm going to start recommending a good save point to make accessing future updates easier.
For this update, I recommend picking a "canon" afternoon hangout that you want to keep moving forward. Once you do, make a save BEFORE you choose whether to go to Matt's apartment, the club, or the frat party for the evening.

I appreciate everyone's patience as there came another delay, though just by two days this time. This one was very silly—somehow I completely missed that Alex's ear piercings had disappeared from 2/3 of his sprites and 2 of his CGs until the very last minute. The continuity error would have driven me nuts, so I took the time to re-render and re-edit the images for this final release!
Now I'm moving right into the first evening hangout with Matt & Leo at their apartment. This was one of the first sequences I came up with for the game around 9 months ago (!!), and I'm really anticipating finally getting to create it! I'll just say, if you've been enjoying the Patreon galleries, just imagine them being a bit more interactive... ;)

About resuming saves, we're now getting to the point where storylines can branch into a number of different directions, so picking right up where you left off will be tricky. So what I'm gonna do going forward is tell everyone a good save point so you can easily pick up and play the next game release without having to start over. What I recommend for this one is to pick one of the afternoon hangouts to be "canon." The game will remember you spent your afternoon with that person. Marco's hangout would be a great choice, but you don't really need to stress over the choice. You won't be locked into anything other than that character having memories & feelings about you based on your interactions. Once you've picked the afternoon you want to keep canon, make a save at the point near the end of the hangout BEFORE Connor decides whether to go to Matt's apartment, the frat party, or the club. This way for the next updates you should be able to just load up that save, pick the option that leads to the new content, and play right away.

The only thing is for the characters who were featured in this update, I had saved close to the end in the first episode, and it did not load from there. I just started all over. I was wondering if there will be the option to pick up where we left off. For now, my favorite story is Marco, but we will see where this goes 😅 so far, so hot. 🔥

2022-06-28 23:17:56 +0000 UTCThese are additions to the afternoon hangout options that pop up after Connor returns to his dorm room from Will's class on Day Two. So it branches from the point where you can text Matt to hang out, stay in the dorm room with Marco, etc. If you have a save prior to that point, you can load it from there, or you can use the skip feature to fast-forward to that point from the start. Asher's hangout is accessed from the "Text someone" menu, and Alex & Isaiah are located in the common area. The update after this one will be another branching point. After you play this update, I recommend making a save at the end of the hangout you want to use as your "canon" afternoon (since that choice is remembered) but BEFORE you choose where to go (Matt's apartment, club, or frat party). That way you can easily check out each of the different paths as they're released.

2022-06-26 21:57:32 +0000 UTCThe Zip file should go to your usual download folder on your computer. Once you unzip the file that downloads, the game can be launched within the unzipped folder. I don't have a Mac to test, but this Apple page has steps on unzipping: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/zip-and-unzip-files-and-folders-on-mac-mchlp2528/mac If that doesn't work, DM me and we can do some more troubleshooting.
