Hello, LondonFurs Patreon users! Ani Boxer here.
Just a quick message to update everyone following our announcement regarding tickets.
We obviously now ticket all of our events, and we wanted to give Patreon donators a chance to get tickets in a different way to everyone else.
This isn't a guarantee of tickets.
It's a smaller pool of tickets that we are adding to our allocation, on discussion with the venue.
These tickets will be limited, so you are not guaranteed a ticket by paying money as a donation , because once again, our event's about being a free event, the donations you make are purely a donation to the community. It isn't a guarantee of entry or a purchase of a ticket, just to make it extremely clear.
We hope you like this additional perk and benefit.
We're trying to make the experience for Patreon users a little bit better because we do really appreciate the donations you make and they go towards the signage, the delivery of our artist takeover events and our summer and winter parties, including the rental of additional equipment and bringing in additional resource to help with those events.
The ticketing system is a new system. We're experimenting with a few things. It's caused a little bit of upset as well as a bit of anxiety, but stick with us and, obviously, keep in touch.
Keep giving us your feedback because we are seeking to improve it, including announcing when we will be putting tickets on sale earlier than we have been, as well as discussing different capacity options with our venue.
Once again, I would also stress, please don't make posts regarding the Patreon in public chats, et cetera.
The Patreon area is purely an area for us to give feedback to each other.
Once again, if you're willing to contribute to our community financially, we do appreciate your opinions posting in public areas causes upset to some attendees and I'd really appreciate if people could keep the conversation within Patreon.
