2025-10-21 22:49:02 +0000 UTCTo answer your question about why the Lannister’s still want Sansa even though they’re fighting the Starks, it’s because if they kill off all the Starks except Sansa, she becomes the heiress to Winterfell, and whoever she marries her husband will be Lord of Winterfell by default (so Joffrey would be King of the Seven Kingdoms and Lord of Winterfell) and their child will also be lord of Winterfell, so basically if Joffrey marries Sansa and she’s the only Stark left, the Lannisters basically can claim and take/control Winterfell and they’d have 3 kingdoms (Casterly rock, Winterfell, and King’s Landing) it would make them super OP.
