In my humble opinion, Negan is one of the best villains in a show that has ever existed. The construction of his character along with Jeffrey's perfect performance make us have mixed feelings for him even today, after so long since the show ended. The creator and writer of walking dead posted a tweet that read " just know whoever he picks, it's justified!" 🤯 meaning that the way he wrote this story negan is in the right. Regarding your shock when you first started to discuss at the end of the episode (we were all shocked) - yes, the way they filmed it they wanted to leave you guessing as to who it was at the end of the episode. As far as the Carl's eye part of it all that Shoshana was talking about, I see the confusion. Negan saying "anyone move's cut the boy's eye out and feed it to his father" is not supposed to be an indicator or hint that it is Carl. Whether it is or not Negan was simply laying down some rules yet again, he wants everyone to stay right where they are and watch in horror as one of their group gets brutally murdered so that they can "learn what happens." I hope this helps and I hope it wasn't confusing! I tried to leave out spoilers too!

I would personally because of the big moments I would have S6 as one of my toe season favorites and not at the bottom out of 1-6 but they all were great, S7 premiere episode is what I personally think reaches peak TWD overall but unlike some TWD fans, while the rest of S7, 8, 10, 11 isn’t a easy street and more so at the bottom of the series for me personally, I still think within that it’s some great moments in them seasons in my opinion to keep me watching, S9 is what I think reaches back to at least near peak level, I finished the whole series and even if it has it’s down moments it’s still some great moments as well, TWD is my all time fav show, at least Top 2 just solely off of its peak run alone, it’s been fun rewatching this with y’all 🔥 I do look forward to see y’all form your own opinions on future episodes/seasons I’m personally here for the long run🫡, don’t listen to people that say stop at certain points because at this point the fanbase becomes very divisive

Someone has probably mentioned it, and I assume you have already watched, but next episode is called "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be", which is what Dr Edwin Jenner said to Rick in the Season 1 finale, after Rick thanked him for opening the doors of the CDC to let them escape. Huge episode. Imaging Having to wait 6 months for the reveal of who it was. Very scared and excited for next episode. Amazing reaction as always guys.

The probable with Rick this second half of the season was his overconfidence. With everything they've survived and been through, I can understand how. The moment has finally arrived when you get to meet Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his bat Lucille. Ahhh... yes Vince, they gonna leave you on a cliffhanger like that!!! At least you don't have to wait as long as we did! It was a little over 6 months and it was pure torture!! The theories were crazy. I remember drawing out a diagram of the scene with everyone on their knees, re-watching the last few mins of the episode trying to figure out who it was that he killed. Lol, it was a crazy time. You can kind of assume that he didn't kill Rick or Carl because he says if anyone moves (while he's killing whoever he's killing) to cut Carl's other eye out and feed it to his father. This is the lowest that I've ever seen the group. It is tough to watch. All I can say is, grab some tissue before you watch the next episode. It is brutal. Andrew Lincoln's (Rick) acting is PHENEMONAL!!! MVP for the episode is Rick trying is hardest to get Maggie to Hilltop and comforting her at the same time. Honorable mention to Eugene for taking the RV to try and give them a chance. MVP for the season is of course Rick! Honorable mention for me would be Daryl.

Imagine the waiting game for months. My first time watching I was on edge. My aunt and uncle were too 😭😭 but Jeffery Dean Morgan is an outstanding actor. Specially at this role. Idk who would’ve played Negan besides him. He adds that crazy, sadistic and somewhat funny/charismatic like attitude. He gives off the vibes of anxiety.

In a sense, it does get dark at certain points, there will always be sad moments and we might always lose someone. With what Vince said about whoever just died will have repercussions and the group fighting back, sometimes it's best to leave things alone, all I can say is that I can't wait for season 7 reactions. Carl is the G.O.A.T/MVP for surviving getting shot twice and also for not being scared while Rick was shooked, understandably cause Rick tried everything and they ended up here surrounded. The Saviors makes Terminus look like a walk in the park 😂.
