Plus his emotional story, charismatic personality and his development, is some of the greatest writing I have ever seen for a character on screen. They have no idea what they are in for but Negan saved the walking dead and carried the last 5 seasons on his back. We are so close now to finally meeting him

It's the timing. You're treating the concept of "fault" as if only one entity can have responsibility for a mishap which isn't true. She shouldnt have chosen NOW to do it. Also about the antibiotics thing, Morgan specifically asked about the scarcity, implying he wouldn't have used it if they didn't have an abundance of supplies. Denise point blank wouldn't have been in danger if Carol didn't choose this moment to kill the wolf. Since Morgan was going to keep him captive Carol literally had hundreds of other opportunities but chose the most dangerous time. Morgan may be naive but its definitely not as black & white as you're making it out to be.
