That's not a logical argument. Not every show is the same and not every show will pique their interest as much as others. They clearly show more interest in Walking Dead and thats just how it is. It's a pretty simple calculation. They like The Walking Dead better than Punisher and they don't feel it's drawn out. If the community fights hard enough they'll check season 2 out at some point, but it's obvious they didn't care for the show that much, and TWD they rave about almost every episode.

Even sometimes when shows are dragged out they are still more entertaining because of the subject matter and characters, in twd I’d say there’s a lot more to enjoy and like. The characters, setting, killing zombies is kinda just always entertaining to see. I can definitely see their viewpoint in stopping this show as I have stopped prolly 20 shows myself

My last words on the punisher. Since it’s done. I have so much respect for Vince and Shoshana as creators. They are two of the best. Which is why I rock with them. But the irony of saying they are stopping a show because it would feel dragged out after 1 season. while watching a show that’s 11 seasons is just to rich not to point out. I say that to say. Just a fun fact. Frank Castles actual name in the comics before he changed it is frank Castiglione. So Pete Castiglione is a nod to that. Also Billy Russo was a Mob Enforcer in the comics nicknamed Billy the Beaut cause of his good looks. That is until Punisher shoved his face through a glass window scarring him. They changed his whole character around in the show to connect him to frank.

Agreed Tripp. S2 really leaned into that Punisher brutality and action. I think they could have done Jigsaw a little better, but I really enjoyed John Pilgrim as a villain. Also missed Micro's character. My Dad loved this show so much, which made me enjoy it even more.

Ok since you guys are not gonna watch season 2 of punisher I’ll tell you what happen Frank starts off traveling the country under a new identity, but when he intervenes to save a young woman, Amy Bendix (Giorgia Whigham), he becomes entangled in her troubles. Amy is being hunted by a powerful group for reasons initially unknown. Frank’s old friend-turned-nemesis, Billy Russo (Ben Barnes), is back as a key antagonist. After surviving Frank’s brutal attack in Season 1, Billy suffers from amnesia and wears a mask to cover his scars. He forms a gang and struggles with his fractured identity, blaming Frank for his trauma. A new villain for season 2 is John Pilgrim (Josh Stewart), a devoutly religious assassin with a violent past, emerges as another threat. Pilgrim works for a wealthy and corrupt family that wants Amy eliminated. Hello, Jigsaw. Ebon Moss-Bachrach will return to the MCU as Ben Grimm/The Thing in Fantastic Four: First Steps. In the meantime, if you guys wanna see more of his acting I would totally recommend checking out the Hulu FX show The Bear. It has three seasons so far, and a fourth season is expected to drop this year. Ebon has a prominent role as one of the main characters in the show. I think by the time you guys are caught up with Alice in Borderland in mid-March you’ll be able to watch Born Again. The Last of Us season 2 will premiere in April. After that, I hope you guys consider FINALLY checking out Peacemaker season 1 and Creature Commandos. Peacemaker season 2 is dropping this year, and Creature Commandos serves as a bridge between them.
