Rick definitely does stuff a “good man” wouldn’t. cant say obviously cause of spoilers. i’m not degrading rick at all i’m simply pointing out that shane wasn’t as crazy as everyone thinks. the only person in this world that was could kill shane was rick. no one can stop him. shane was stronger then rick and daryl. if you really wanna say who’s good man then daryl takes that title. when has he done anything immoral?

I am SO pissed that they deleted the scene of Beth consoling Carl in this episode when Judith was crying. They have a heart to heart about Heaven which shows some fantastic growth from Carl compared to last season with how he acted about Heaven to Carl about his best friend Sophia 😢. The fact he talks with Beth about whether shooting Shane & Lori would affect their soul being in heaven or what happens to the walker versions of them etc. such an interesting & realistic convo for a young kid/teen who doesn’t fully grasp grief & loss the way it used to be in the old world. Not to mention Carl being mature enough to realize that when Beth suggests Lori is at peace, he knows with the state of Rick’s psyche & the baby alone in the world without her & Carl having to put her down couldn’t possibly leave her at peace. The most heartbreaking quote from him in that scene gives me a gut punch to this day Carl: “Was it like this for you too?” (When she lost her “mom” via the barn shootout) Beth: “How?” Carl: “You know like…you know you’re supposed to feel like you’re sad…but it’s like you’ve used it all up already” 😭💔 I will gladly link the scene for you guys somewhere if you’d like, it’s heartbreaking!

shane was levels ahead of everyone, i agree that it’s hard to compare but rick woke up in the middle of the apocalypse the time that he was holding on to humanity was only like 2 weeks since that’s the basically the time in season 1 and 2 a month hadn’t even passed when he killed shane, shane watched everything fall apart, watching US soldiers shooting civilians dropping napalm in atlanta he knew there was no hope i really wish shane was at that bar scene when rick got his first kills but he shoulda just left when he said he wanted too.

Andrew lincoln (Rick) is imo the greatest tv actor of all time along side Bryan Cranston (Walter White ) . Both are tied imo and I’ve loved Michonne more than Andrea since the moment she came into the show, she’s way smarter , likeable and is just soo cool . Probably my favourite female character of all time . The Governor is obviously highly intelligent and a charmer but is obviously a villain but I guess him losing his daughter made him go crazy which he clearly his and yes Daryl is easily my second favourite character behind Rick . This show gets even better in the next couple seasons.

I can't blame Andrea for not leaving because 1), she literally just almost died being out there. In fact, she was almost certain that she was going to die, which is why she tried to sent Michonne away to save herself. If itnwasn't for Merle finding them and bringing them to Woodbury, Andrea would very most likely be dead by now. And it was probably over something very basic and common like the damn flu, too. Something that could easily be fixed in our world with a trip to the doctor's office and/or simply going to the medicine aisle at your local store to pick up something for it. Getting sick in the world now is like a possible death sentence. There no medicine. Low energy. Little to no food & water. Weak immune system. No rest. Bad enough you got to worry about walkers snatching you while you're out there. But a high fever and some chest congestion can take you out just as easily out here. I can't blame Andrea for not wanting to rush back out there after almost dying from being out there 7 months, when she's literally sitting in a place that can(and has) saved her from all of that. 2) Michonne isn't exactly forth coming of actual information. Almost everything she's saying to Andrea is vague and from Andrea's perspective, it comes across as paranoia and/or Michonne's struggling to adjust due to PTSD from being out there for too long (who knows how long she was out there by herself before she ran into Andrea and what she's had to go through before that). Michonne's not really explaining what she finds and sees. Just mostly that Woodbury & The Governor is off. And when she finally does be more specific (not being able to leave), she's almost immediately "proven" false. Andrea's not seeing and encountering what Michonne is, and has to rely. This is where having your walls up all of the time and refusing to be vulnerable with the people you care about can backfire. Not just with Woodbury, but in general. Michonne is very emotionally closed off.I think Andrea feels that Michonne doesn't really care about her as much as the other way around. That Michonne only sticks around Andrea out of feeling some sense of duty to be responsible for her, but not out of actual love, trust, and/or care. Andrea already told her that after 7 months of just the two of them together, she still doesn't really know Michonne (compare that to the few months of deep emotional connections with the Atlanta/Farm Crew), which Michonne pretty much responds that she blantantly made it that way on purpose ("You know enough"). So, Andrea feels a lack of connection from Michonne that she yearns for. Seven months of being with someone who's not willing to give you any emotional vulnerability. "I feel like you're going disappear on me". Like Michonne being out there too long was going to make her disconnect completely that even the person that Andrea knows Michonne to be will become too hardened and emotionally cold that Andrea wouldn't even be with a real person anymore. But here in Woodbury? They got food, medicine, beds, hot water, and community. And Michonne wants Andrea to leave this place to somehow find a boat and maybe find an island just the two of them? The disconnect and misunderstandings placed their friendship . Andrea doesn't think Michonne cares enough to emotionally trust her. Now, Michonne doesn't think Andrea trust her enough to follow her believe her and walk out that door. 3) The Governor is a masterful, quick-thinking manipulator. WE know he ain't shit because we're watching with an outside perspective, so we're seeing a lot more than what everyone else sees. From Andrea's perspective, all he's done is build a community, save her life, and offered her hospitality. Michonne sees them as getting kidnapped by strangers, getting stripped of their weapons, being politely held hostage, so her viewpoint is already negative the situation, making it easier for her to spot the things that don't seem right. Andrea is also someone who often gives people the benefit of the doubt a lot. The name "The Governor" is so fitting for him because he's their leader, but he operates like a politician, making him much harder to get clocked as a "villain" by people than a lot of the other characters we've seen because he covers his tracks and uses a very believable and relatable facade. It makes the people believe and trust him. In fact, David Morrisy (The Governor) said that he modeled the character's persona after Bill Clinton, so he has this certain charming aspect to him...

This is the episode where a lot of viewers fell in love with Daryl. Seeing him with the baby and giving her the name lil ass kicker melted everybody’s hearts. Seeing him also step up as the temporary leader for the group was a huge character development moment. Can’t wait for you guys to see the next few episodes! Especially the next one which has a great scene between Daryl and Carl!
