These movies just get better and better. It's like the makers of the movie watched it and had the same reaction as everyone else. A little bit more of this, a little bit more of that, a little less of this. And then they gave it to us with the second movie, and then we had the same reaction again. And they did the same thing a third time and just made an awesome movie. It's one of the few perfect trilogies in existence

The new Universal park in Orlando will have a whole area dedicated to the How to Train Your Dragon series, opening next year. Not that long after, this movie is being remade by the co-director, but in live action. Gerard Butler is reprising his role as Stoic. Astrid will now be played by the actress who played Joel's daughter in the prologue bit of The Last of Us Season 1.

Such a good movie. There are plenty of good animated films that you guys could watch. Btw, don't listen to these people hating on animated material. I don't get why do that, because animation is ART just as much if not MORE than other film media. Y'all should watch Coraline, if y'all haven't seen that. I know it'll probably have to win a poll, so I'm just putting it out there now. It's really good. It came out in 2009, and it's actually stop motion. I'd love to see how you guys react to that. No literally 🫠 I loved a lot of Disney or Pixar movies growing up but htyd has ALWAYS held a special place in my heart, the music and cinematography combined with the idea of a GIANT pet who you can become close with was always amazing idk how people could not see why it’s so loved 🫢

The best time for animation was the 90s/00's Toy Story, A Bug's Life, The Lion King, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc, Cars, The Incredibles.....and you're telling me out of all of those, Incredibles & Toy Story is all they have seen and HTTYD came over the top of those....come on really!? 😒

I have never understood the hype around the how to train your dragon movies. Good movies don’t get me wrong but in my opinion don’t even sniff the classic Pixar movies or even newer Disney movies like coco and encanto. Animation isn’t even as visually appealing as movies that came out years before it lol.
