Also, we wouldn't have to wait only til February for rom coms. I agree with you that there are alot of months/seasons that wouldn't make for good genre restrictions (summer/spring). During those months there can be another poll for any movie or a category of choice.

Hey Shaun i appreciate your comment. Just to clarify, if it's Feburary for example, there would be 3 polls put out every week. One for action/adventure, one for comedy/animation and one for romance movies. Therefore it wouldn't be 12 rom coms in a month, it would only be 3-4. The other 6-8 would be action and comedy. Also, those options I chose are only for example, It doesn't necessarily have to be those exact genres.

I think restricting a genre to a season apart from Christmas would be a bit much tho.....no one will wait around for a year to go by just to start watching a Rom/Com or Horror.....they can be watched anytime, less you mean anytime, anytime and then in those months its ONLY those genres....Tho even then thinking about it as i'm typing if you are saying 3 movies a week for Feb, watching 12 Rom/Coms back to back over a month would getting a bit boring and repetitive....Just a thought Edit: You are on the right track with Genre polls tho and i'd like to add in and suggest decade polls like 70s/80s/90s/00s only movies

Great to see my suggestion of Back To The Future back in the Top 20 for the second week in a row! Surprising that with almost 1000 comments each week and I'm maybe 1 of 2 people if that as I've seen suggesting the movie since I've joined on Dec 2nd, I think the agreed votes should speak for themselves. Let's bring it finally into the Top 4 and all the way home so they can view this Classic Cinematic Masterpiece!! Edit: I'd like to point out that BTTF lost the Top 4 spot last week by 2 votes against the 2017 Jumanji sequel (To which they haven't even seen the 1995 original yet to even understand the backstory and lore of said series)

I'm not tryna say that reacting to 3 movies a week is easy, or easier than reacting to 3 tv show episodes, but they used to do it all the time. The normal used to be 2-4 movies a week. But commiting to TWD and another show has changed that quite a bit.

I think 3 movie reactions a week is a hella big ask. One a week is reasonable. I think they also said they would listen to any and all of your concerns if you messaged them privately. Also, look on the bright side, How to Train Your Dragon is coming out this week :)

part 2 - during months where there isn't a clear movie theme (January, march, summer months, September), there could just be a category chosen for that month and then weekly polls for movies in that category. Examples include animation, cult classics, foreign films, IMDB top 25, etc.

Love the channel so I'm not trying to be negative, just want to provide some feedback and see what others think. I'm genuinely not enjoying the current release schedule. They haven't reacted to a movie in a week and half, only the same 2 shows. I'm a bit biased b/c I'm not interested in either show, but clearly a lot of people are, and I respect that. But I think it would be great to split the week up evenly with movie and tv show reactions. I also think there should be different polls for genres. My overrall suggestion would be 4 tv show reactions per week / 3 movie reactions a week with 3 polls every week for comedy, action/adventure, and seasonal (ie christmas polls during December, romance polls during February, horror polls in october, etc).
