2024-12-17 20:32:27 +0000 UTCIn regards to the situation where Rick left Sophia in the woods: He tucked her in to that tree root in that creek so he could redirect the walkers. At this point in the show, this is all so new and everyone's scared and 2 walkers was tough for them to handle. It wouldn't have been like that later down the line. Rick told Sophia the directions to get back to the highway and specifically said to her "If I DON'T make it back", implying she needed to wait there for him to see if he returned. Which would've worked. This issue is, Sophia was a very sheltered, scared, skittish kid and as we saw, she did NOT wait and proceeded to take off almost immediately after Rick led the walkers away. So wrong move on her part, and that's what left her to be lost in the woods.

Why do you think they sent Glenn down to attach the rope? Yea Shane could have killed Otis immediately, but would that have drawn as many walkers to him? I don’t think so. Like I said Shane wasn’t gonna take any chances.

2024-11-30 02:17:58 +0000 UTCShane's still my guy. It was a ruthless move to sacrifice Otis but i get it. I wouldn't say he came to the decision lightly either. They spent a long time trying to escape together and they were both injured and out of options. Shane's a very practical character. Thats why he blocked Ricks hospital door with a bed instead of trying to carry him and possibly getting himself killed. He knew that Otis and him weren't getting out of there so he made a choice. Without condemning or condoning i understand his decision.

The frustration that we see from shane after otis says “I’m not leaving you behind” is shane realizing what he has to do. Could they both have made it? Maybe but shane wasn’t gonna take the chance. In his mind, at that point, sacrificing otis was the only way to ensure that carl lives.

They were in a hurry and he fell? Like what was he supposed to do after that? Merle put himself in that situation by being crazy hitting a line on a SUPPLY RUN IN THE CITY then fighting with the group. He locked the door to atleast protect him and even volunteered to come back. Not to mention Merle literally about killed him for no reason and was straight crazy.

One is way longer than the other so it would make more sense to put TWD more over the punisher not to mention they seem to be enjoying the walking dead more. Not saying they dislike punisher but to me it atleast seems they enjoy TWD a lot more which theirs nothing wrong with that. Like come on man 11 seasons compared to 2? 26 episodes compared to 177?🤣

Not to mention Otis is on the bigger side (not saying that in a bad way lol). We also don't know how far away the truck is. They were obviously still on school grounds and then knowing their would be alot of walkers they probably parked it far away and walked so the old loud truck wouldn't draw any attention. The walkers also aren't TO far back. I'd ASSUME the truck was parked either a mile or few miles away. So it's UNSURE if they BOTH could've made it back or not.

Alot of people know WHY he did it, but others feel it was unjustified. He put his group first and felt either one of them made it back or neither which would also mean Carl would most likely die. Obviously it's unknown if they BOTH could of made it or not considering we don't know how far the truck is. Also Shane is an IMPORTANT asset to the group especially with Otis gone and T-Dog down for the count right now, but at this point alot of people still love Shane since he's an asset and what he did for the group/Carl. Also Vince I need to know what you don't like about T-Dog cause tbh you are the first person I've ever heard say that haha. I NEED MORE, MORE and MORE!!!! Quick side note too but Rick told her to wait and IF he didn't come back to do what he said, but as soon as he left she most likely panicked and left.

Like it is so hard to hate the actor but he does an amazing job of making us hate Shane lol this is the beginning of a whole lot of drama and unexpected twists for this season's arc!
