Yeah the Defenders is a must watch to tie this story up I agree but if you watch that you have to watch Jessica Jones and Luke Cage first. I'd skip Iron fist because it was garbage lol

Especially when it comes to the development of Matt’s story in that show. Like that needs to be seen. I could understand looking at summaries of the other shows before jumping into defenders though.

And the other shows are just much lower quality than the daredevil show (except maybe jessica jones season 1)

End of the day we both agree that defenders has to be watched because the events of that show tie into season 3 of daredevil. Anyways we’ll see what Vince and Shoshana decide to do once they finish daredevil season 2

You don’t have to watch Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron fist. But without Defenders I don’t know how you watch season 3. Defenders is 8 episodes. And you won’t have backstory on other character’s. (Hero’s) Without watching their shows. But you get the story.
