Or the fact that I said I wouldn't judge them or anyone else for watching it? I'm just not interested in watching it again. Ever. And I will skip their reaction to it if they do. Nothing against them, but I personally don't wanna see it anymore. And to answer your question as best as I can: I don't know who all you're talking about, but I'm sure Tom Cruise is there. And let me tell you, I would rather watch a film or other media with Tom Cruise in it than to ever watch Jeepers Creepers again because of Victor Salva. Maybe you can, but I can't. And I will continue watching and loving Harry Potter despite Rowling and her issues, because Rowling certainly isn't as bad as Salva, I even said so earlier. And you only proved my point, btw. You didn't outright say it, but your statement and question is clearly cut from the "Separate the art from the artist" cloth. And, like I said, maybe you can always do that, but I can't, not all the time. And you can't expect me to, just as I can't expect them to not watch it, bit I WILL skip it if they do.

Also the fact that there are rather odd shots of the male characters in the 2nd film, male characters who were teenagers, btw. This sick and twisted man literally allowed his dark nature to bleed into the films themselves. Sure, not everyone involved can necessarily be blamed, because I'm positive that not everyone knew, but some people definitely did. The fact that this man is still involved Hollywood is an actual problem, one that runs deeper than some people realize. You might be able to separate the art from the artist in this scenario(and I won't judge you for that), but I cannot, not when Victor's dark desires literally bled into the films as I said earlier. That man should have died years ago, if not in prison(which wasn't even a prison, it was actually a "treatment facility"), then on the street somewhere. He even tries to blame others for his problems. Seriously, his victim did NOT get the justice he deserved, and I feel that watching any of Victor's movies now would just be in bad taste.

The actor's, producers etc Just because one person is horrible doesnt mean everyone else should be punished for it. The movie isnt about him Victor Salvia.

I know it's their call if they want to watch it or not, but personally, I'd skip that reaction. I can't watch it and not think of how evil it's creator is. I know someone's gonna respond to me with "Separate the art from the artist", but that's not something I can do in this situation. I can do it with Harry Potter despite J.K Rowlings problems, but that's because I believe there's hope for her, but not for Victor Salva. After all, Rowling didn't harm children. If these two wanna watch it, then fine, but like I said, I'm gonna skip that, because I can't bring myself to watch it anymore.

A solid 12 years later...despite being into horror films myself, neither my mom or I can watch that movie without getting thoroughly creeped out.
