This is my fave Ed Norton movie(outside of Fight Club and Birdman) and one of the first movies I ever saw. (Mom had a strict no kids movies rule when I was growing up--Pulp Fiction is the first movie I ever remember seeing) Y'all's reactions at the end🤣🤣 the body language between you two was spot on, it was a fuckin perfect mix of (see what I did there) of shock, self comforting and horror (My field of study is mainly in psychology so this was a great impromptu "pop quiz of haptics" for me as well😁) Stay awesome guys! 😁🙃🫠🙃😁

Phil Daniels

You guys should watch gran Turismo

C. J. Ramirez

Oh nice 👍🏽 you got to work with Sam!!! Everyone seems so comfortable with him, he’s down to earth

Chase

I've worked with Sam Jones twice, nicest, most humble professional I've ever met. It's easy to see why so many people feel so comfortable talking to him.

Martin

Oh yeah I’ve seen that video, the one with Sam jones 😎👍🏽

Chase

The video on YouTube is called "Matt Damon Talks About What it Takes to Succeed as an Actor" and the entire channel (Off Camera) is really great

Martin

Edward Norton was among 2,100 actors who auditioned for the role of Aaron Stampler, didn’t Matt Damon also auditioned fr the role too but it’s kinda cool because they did Rounder’s together 😂

Chase

I was thinking while watching it that the twist came much sooner, because I remembered the movie being 'about' the twist, which it really isn't now that I rewatch it. I would probably say "it's a courtroom drama with some twists and turns". When they watch it, they'll probably thing the split personality is the 'twist' when it's actually that he doesn' t have one

Martin

What's your usual genre?

Martin

I also heard from Matt Damon that every young male actor was desperate for that part, and they all disliked Ed Norton for beating them

Martin

Rest in Power Andre Brauer

Martin

You know what’s more difficult than winning the case in this movie? Trying to convince someone to watch a nondescript, surface-level court room drama that gets COMPLETELY paid off by a *blind-siding*, twist ending WITHOUT divulging that there is a twist ending, because doing so would ruin said twist ending…😬😩😂

Kiera Walker

Love this movie! You guys should watch “how to lose a guy in 10 days “ I would be interested in your guys’ reaction!

Delshawn Traylor

She really was 😂

Chase

The lady was disrespectful to that lady in front of a jury.

Dccomicfan

excellent movie, masterpiece

Gustavo Wellez

Th th th this this is a gggreat m m m movie… You may recognize the actor who played Joey Pinero (guy they fished out of the water) later on in another TV series you guys are currently watching. I don’t believe he has been introduced yet. Poor ol Marty looked like he wanted to throw up when Roy finally confessed. And Marty can’t do anything about it. Attorney-Client privilege. Roy even made sure to mention that little fact lol.

Tim Martin

He should’ve won an Oscar for that role

Chase

Have you seen American History X? Another great Norton role. Disturbing movie but worth the watch.

Cathy Sullivan

This was Norton’s breakout role.

Cathy Sullivan

Exactly

Chase

Vince you have seen Richard Gere before. Yall watched AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN. Where he was in navy school and fell in love with the local girl.

Mark

I love these community suggestions cause we get bangers that movie buffs love that mainstream watchers won't vote on.

Mark

The movie that told me Edward Norton was different. This is easily one of the most epic twist-endings of all time. . .& most folks don’t even know this movie exists.

THEbeautifuLIE

I used to stick to my genre but ever since Gilbert Grape was so good. I check out most of these requested movies. Let’s see

Tripp

Hold the fucking phones, man! About Schmidt AND Primal Fear? On the same day? Guess I'm watching two movies today!

Brian McG

Fun Fact: It was Edward Norton's idea to stutter as "Aaron," as it appeared nowhere in the original book or script. In addition, when "Roy" shoves Vail (Richard Gere) against the prison cell wall, Gere's shocked reaction is genuine, as that was another ad-lib by Norton. Another Norton ad-lib was Roy's slow clap at the end just before the exposition when Vail realized what had happened.

Chase

Fun Fact: Edward Norton character (Aaron) is supposed to be 19years old, but in reality Edward was 26, which is crazy cause he passed for a 19 year old, like he looked like he was 19 😂.
