If you guys go with something else, I'd still recommend reacting to it at some point. Over the years you might still remember about The Boys but I doubt any of those other shows are still popular in 10 years from now

While "The Boys" is a good show, I believe its appeal diminishes when one of you has already seen it. I personally prefer content where both of you are exploring something for the first time. In light of this, I would recommend "Breaking Bad" as my choice for a show to watch together under these circumstances.
