2024-06-19 16:31:38 +0000 UTCOh no, if Owen had told her that he'd be there, she wouldn't have come and he knew that. Shady? Yeah, it's a bad look for Owen. But I do think that was the only way to even get her as far as she made it before she tried to bolt. At the end of the day though, I think she has her eyes on the real goal: to become a superhero again and save her friends from the upside down, hopefully for good. And that has to overpower her fear and anger over the past. But then she's also confronting some WEIRD buried memories from her past too, so she's going through it right now.

Yes, it may have been a little wrong not to tell her but the fate of the world is at stake and this was the only way to get her powers back.

2024-02-06 17:04:43 +0000 UTCAbout Patrick (who got killed in this episode): Chrissy had an eating disorder from her mom yelling at her about her weight all the time. Fred accidentally killed someone, but panicked and ran instead of calling the cops. Patrick heard his father yelling at him about being out late and drinking all the time, then called him a disgrace to the family, so his father was definitely verbally/physically abusing him. El definitely doesn’t trust Brenner, but she’s willing to go along and put up with his BS to save her friends. She’s just giving him what he wants, which is why she called him “Papa” and took his hand at the end. Unfortunately, Brenner really is the only one who can help her regain her powers.

2024-02-06 16:05:01 +0000 UTChonestly el deserves the world- the fact that she endured so much trauma in the past that caused her to lose most of her memories from the lab and yet she still agreed to go back and get tested on again, relive all of her horrendous trauma, work with the man that abused her for her entire childhood, the girl literally flat-lined and had to be shocked back to life after one session of the nina project 😭 its so sad how much she has to endure but she doesnt even bat an eyelid because she cares about her friends and family so much and feels responsible because everyone’s relying on her to save them :(
