2023-12-09 12:19:49 +0000 UTCShe Hulk, as Deadpool, they both break the 4th wall in the comics. And actually She Hulk did it first. So, her talking to the audience is legit being faithful to the comics and I for one loved it. As far as how she looks, if you go back to the first Hulk movie from 2003, he looked funky as hell! But thanks to that they develop the look and improved it. She Hulk was basically made in a hurry and since they made her from scratch it turned out like this. However, as the episodes progress she gets better and by the 4th episode or so she looks pretty decent. I'm pretty sure that by the next project we see her in she will look much much better! Finally, as far as it not being "entertaining", this was just the first episode and the purpose, as she explained, was to get us all caught up; from the 2nd episode on is when the plot of the show begins to develop basically. So, just give it a shot! I actually enjoyed it a lot

2023-12-08 11:28:32 +0000 UTCWhile art is subjective, the majority opinion (negative) on this show was the correct one. This was a misstep, from the writing to the tone to the special effects. Much of the writing is shallow, and I'm unclear who they thought the audience was for this one. It's a shame because the She-Hulk character was very popular with comic readers. The word is this show won't be continued, and I won't be surprised if season one of this project is removed from the MCU in the future. However, if they do bring it back, they will have to let it sit for several years and make some massive changes to the characters before they do.

I actually liked the first episode and thought it had some potential. Then it got a little too cringey and boring for me. And yeah the CGI on She-Hulk is mostly terrible, especially when she’s wearing lawyer clothing. It’s a shame because the Hulk CGI still looks incredible.

2023-12-07 16:04:30 +0000 UTCThis wasn’t my favorite show, but it wasn’t terrible. Secret Invasion on the other hand is flat-out boredom. That’s definitely the one I recommend skipping. People know Deadpool for breaking the fourth wall, but She-Hulk was the first Marvel character in the comics to do so. And just so you know, Marvel got the character film rights for Hulk back from NBC Universal. By the way, Cheetos with chopsticks was Oscar Isaac’s idea. You can photos of him doing that online.
