2023-11-10 18:08:35 +0000 UTCI don't know if y'all watch any TrueCrime.. but the way lawenforcement is acting in this episode is actually a very good depiction of how missing person reports were handled in the 70's and 80's. There was a huge influx in runnaways back then. Because of all that a lot of serial killers got to roam free for long periods of time
