2023-10-15 18:41:14 +0000 UTCSome people will tell you to watch Carnage, some will tell you it’s not needed. Just like some people think it’s not necessary to watch the X-men movies. My thing is - we are in the Multiverse Saga now. Characters from different universes are guaranteed to make appearances in future movies. So you might as well get the same full Marvel experience that the rest of us had. You don’t have to watch everything, but it’s more fun when you do. And it makes for great reaction moments when you catch all the references.

2023-10-15 15:49:36 +0000 UTCThis is Hailee Steinfeld’s second Marvel role. Her first one was voicing Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman in Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse. Hailee even went as far as taking up archery classes ahead of filming. The idea for Rogers: The Musical started out as a joke, but they made enough for one number. Furthermore, this past summer they made a full-length half-hour musical for the Hyperion Theater at Disney’s California Adventure. They performed the Star-Spangled Man from The First Avenger, Save the City which you just heard in this first episode, and five new original songs. You can find the entire musical on YouTube. About the dog, she was portrayed by the actor dog Jolt. She did her own stunts for the show. Also, her left eye isn't actually closed. They used special effects to make her look like her comic counterpart. And don’t worry: the pizza that Kate fed her was made out of dog-friendly ingredients since dogs can't consume normal pizza.

No spoilers obviously but there is a scene, ONE single scene....that will give additional context to another ONE single scene in another movie coming up later. The scale is pretty insignificant. Watch Carnage because you liked the Venom movie....but not to prepare for what's next. You really don't need it.

It's not NECESSARY but at the same time, it would answer your question(s) about something later on that's coming soon. Also, you've watched Venom (2018) so watching the sequel is only right. (I also think it's much better than the first)
