I recommend Rain Man, Edge of Tomorrow, Minority Report, A Few Good Men, Vanilla Sky, Valkyrie, Jerry Maguire, Risky Business. And it’s inevitable - you guys HAVE to watch the Mission Impossible movies eventually. Might as well start now! :)

BTW Shoshanna your very observant. As a young man Tom Cruise teeth were completely jacked up. He had them completely reconstructed after he became an actor. Thus the large teeth.

Now that being said, Top Gun: Maverick is a must watch! Probably my favorite movie-watching experience in the past 20 years!

Top Gun was made to be a popular date movie that would also serve as a very effective recruiting tool with cooperation from the U.S. Navy. Unfortunately, the generation depicted in Top Gun would experience an unholy amount of real life combat, PTSD, and high suicide rates over the next 35 years after it was made. The sequel does a fine job of making peace with how that generation should be remembered by mainstream audiences.

2023-08-26 14:22:55 +0000 UTCSorry , I know you guys are still a few movies and series away from "Godzilla vs Kong" but in that film , between timemarks 59:50 and 1:01:23 there is some Titans that are basically like giant snakes with wings. So, save this info for that movie. And for those who doesnt know, apparently shoshana has Ophidiophobia (fear of snakes) or Herpetophobia (fear of reptiles, and yes, there are a few reptiles out there very snake look alike in general)

Some general trivia being it was the first movie to make over a billion dollars in cinemas after covid. Definitely an exceptionally worthy sequel. Your reactions are awesome regardless guys.
