Hopefully nobody gives you any spoilers and just let you go into it blind

He worked with Chris Hemsworth and those guys on some of the MCU movies. The guys who directed Winter Soldier, Civil War, Infinity War and Endgame also produced this movie.

2023-07-17 15:44:02 +0000 UTCExtraction was a massive surprise, visually it looked extremally basic from the trailers. You know another military action film set in the modern day but the action, cinematography, audio, acting, and music carries this film for me and makes it stand out from the sea of modern day military action films. The sequel is even better and shows you can't really judge a book by it's cover. I do wish that the film had a more unique setting maybe a period film set in the 1980s surrounding the Afghan–Soviet War following mercenaries on a rescue mission but regardless it's still a fun film.
