First of all, only demons who escaped hell use cold water when they brush. Like ppl who order water but make sure it's really just a glass of ice🤣🤣🤣 Literal. DEEEEMONS🤣🤣😭😭I use warmish hot water when I brush, cos, ya know. Regular human person over here hahaha Psychopaths lmao🤣🤣🤣goddamn Shoshana And Vince, from what I hear it's the size of the spider that also plays a role in how damaging the bite may be. Tinier spiders don't have the fang size or bite strength to break through enough layers of skin to be anything more than an irritant. There are some ultra dangerous small one, you just gotta be on the look out for the lethal/dangerous ones--Black Widows and Brown Recluses n such.

They’re not terrible movies but as someone who experienced them in theaters, the opinion on the direction of these movies was VERY universal. I remember mostly everyone being pretty disappointed with these.

But there's just not much to the story, and the villains in both films aren't very good. It should be easy to make homeruns with a character as popular as Spider-Man, but Sony proves, between their interference with Sam Raimi in Spider-Man 3 and the amateurish results of these two films, that they're not very good at making these movies. Marvel isn't immune to criticism either (particularly in the post-Infinity Saga era), but I much prefer their involvement with Spider-Man moving forward.

It was a big joke at first but people got used to it. And I use warm-ish water. Cold water on the teeth in the early morning can hurt if you have sensitive teeth.

2023-06-11 16:02:29 +0000 UTCPeter Parker was always portrayed as a nerdy kid but when he puts the suit on, becomes a lot more confident and pretty funny in his youthful cocky naivity. In Amazing Spiderman hes not really nerdy, more a cool skater Peter Parker but has a really good 'suit-on' Spiderman (a lot funnier and jokes around). The originals you watched with Toby Maguire I think had a good nerdy Peter Parker but when he wore the suit didnt change much, wasnt as cocky and funny. Then I think the new Marvel ones you'll watch play both parts really good!

2023-06-11 15:11:31 +0000 UTCThey rebooted it because spiderman 4 was canned since 3 was a disaster and made poor returns but their contract with marvel stipulates they have to make a spiderman related movie every X number of years to keep the rights so they kinda rushed another one out. And you can really feel it which is why Andrew only got 2 movies. My opinion is that Toby makes a great peter and bland spiderman, Andrew makes an iffy peter but excellent spiderman, and Tom is the one that encapsulates both amazingly

There are similarities but things play out completely differently and a different timeline is taking place. Tom Holland is the Spiderman from the MCU universe you guys have been watching. Each Spider Man's story plays out Completely differently like Vince said. BTW who brushes their teeth with Hot water? That's psycho Vince.

These films get so much hate. Especially the 2nd one. Which I like better than the first. Andrew Garfield did great as Peter Parker and Spider Man. Almost comic accurate.

2023-06-11 11:46:12 +0000 UTCThe Amazing Spider-Man is a full on reboot taking place in a new universe so whole new origin story etc. It's heavily inspired by The Ultimate Universe with Dr. Richard "Ray" Parker being a biologist who was working on a cure for terminal malady, in the form of a biological suit that could repair its host body. This suit turned out to be Venom. In this film he's also a scientist. Peter's Parents in the mainline comic's (Earth-616) were Secret agents with Richard (Peter's Father) being recruited into the Central Intelligence Agency by Nick Fury who you'll know from the MCU played by Sam Jackson. He then married another agent, Mary Fitzpatrick, and the two of them had a son Peter Parker. Both had a very 1960s James Bond style to them which I've always loved but they never played too much into Spider-Man's story. So Amazing Spider-Man in this aspect is more inspired by the Ultimate Universe, both versions died in a plane crash though they just had different jobs. On the topic of Gwen i think I've mentioned this in Spider-Man 3 video but she was Peter's first partner before MJ in the main 616 comic's and I believe the Ultimate universe as well. MJ may exist anyways in the Amazing Spider-Man universe as well but they no doubt wanted to move away from MJ as she was a big focus in the last films and plus Gwen like I said was Peter's first actual GF in the comics before MJ. Betty Brant is regarded as his first "Love" but Gwen is more or less closer to a girlfriend. Doctor Connors (The Lizard) actually appeared in Spider-Man 2 as well played by Dylan Baker. He was Peter's tutor at college who also helped him in Spider-Man 3 looking into Venom. In both cases Connors was missing his arm but who knows if he became the Lizard in Sam Rami's universe. The design grew on me over time i think it's the round head with the very human face while in the comic's he looked far more like a lizard in face. The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #5 was the first appearance of the Lizard very much a classic Spider-Man villain. Overall I do really like this film, Amazing Spider-Man 2 is not as good but it's got a much better Spider-Man suit. Was never too big on the Amazing Spider-Man 1 suit but it has it's fans. Amazing Spider-Man 2 does have some really great elements so it's not a bad film.
