I feel like that is how alot of people felt about a few films in the 1st saga, then the final 2 part Avengers movie made everyone realize the role those movies played. And even now, in the current saga, people again do not see any connection with several movies/shows when this saga just started, but by the end they will (hopefully) see the role that these "hated" movies/shows have on the Multiverse Saga as a whole.

I do not like hypocrites (1 will discuss in a later reaction). Here, gunna go with Wanda. Her comment to Steve about Tony not being able to tell the difference between saving and destroying I feel more applies to her, it seems like Ultron gets that trait more from her than Tony. I like Wanda (not so much this version) but she is a hypocrite. She knowingly & willingly joined the anti-freedom terrorist organization (Hydra) adopting their goal of global chaos and destruction because of her hatred for Tony Stark because a missile made by his company fell into the wrong hands through no fault of his and was used to destroy her home and kill her parents (totally makes sense), she manipulated his mind to bring out and intensify his greatest fear (which is failing to keep his friends and the world safe) and let him take the scepter hoping he would do something to help her own cause of global destruction and chaos, and then happily joins Ultron to bring about death and destruction and then halfway through the movie she decides that Ultron's goal is too extreme and wants to pretend she was good the entire time?

Lucile Byrd

seconding The Boys. One of the best of all time.

Coelacanth

FYI the guy who got his arm cut off by Ultron is the actor who played Gollum in Lord of the Rings.

MotoDork

the thing with the Hulk, Whedon wanted to do a green hulk ( with Banner controlling the Hulk) and a grey Hulk ( uncontrollable rage) but the producers thought that might confuse the audience. Ant-man is a cool movie, but cicil war will blow your minds!!!!

Rudolph Koch

The best era of Marvel is between this movie and Endgame. Every single thing that was put out between now and then was top tier

Lexi Browning

Dude dont mention future shows. Its kind of spoilerish you mentioning Loki since Infinity War is before that.

SavageDiplomat

Keep 'em comin'! Loving y'alls vids!

BadMoon84

Ant-Man and then into Civil War (gonna be gooood)

Rippan

Thanks for having us on your mcu journey! Brings back the excitement I had when watching these movies in the cinemas! You need to start preparing yourselves for Phase 3 🤯🤯🤯🙂

Kyle Smith

Hawkeye really proved himself this movie, and his show if and when you guys ever get to it is actually really good my second favorite marvel show after loki.

JPShadow

Ant Man next. Then Captain America Civil War

Mark

Ultron has aged well. I would still rank it as my least-favorite Avengers film, but that says more about the others than this film alone. I hope you guys will consider a couple of Amazon series, "The Boys" (a different take on the superhero genre) and "The Man in the High Castle" (based on a book by Phillip K. Dick). Take care.

THANOS IS COMING

I wasn't a big fan of this film when it came out but looking back after finishing the Infinity Saga and seeing the impact the events of this film have on the MCU along with how many storylines this film set up I really came to enjoy it but still regard it as the weakest Avengers film. Wanda and Pietro Maximoff were a nice surprise that I thought would never happened. Some context Wanda and her Brother Pietro made their first appearance in The X-Men #4 where they were members of the newly introduced Brotherhood of Evil Mutants under the command of a character called Magneto. But as Fox owned the movie rights to X-Men (Marvel sold off the movies rights in the 1990s) this meant that Marvel Studios could not use Mutant characters without forming some kind of agreement with Fox. As Wanda and Pietro are Mutant characters most people assumed that we'd never get them in the MCU but thankfully it seems that Marvel Studios and Fox were able to make a deal. There seemed to be a middle ground which I imagine Disney used to convince Fox to let them use these two characters. Both Maximoff's left the Brotherhood of Mutants and joint the Avengers after realising their actions were wrong. They also play a massive part in the comic's more so Wanda so I imagine the rights of these actors were pretty interesting. Fox owned the right to X-Men but Wanda and Pietro were also Avenger characters so who gets who. In the end it looks like both Fox and Disney were able to use these characters they just couldn't cross reference each other so that's why they're never referred to as Mutants in this film. Quicksilver, Pietro Maximoff was killed off in this film most likely because of reasons relating to Fox and there X-Men universe. Pretty much Fox had plans for Quicksilver in there own universe and I imagine Marvel were unsure if Fox would've allowed them to keep Quicksilver as a returning character so they just killed him off. Fox had no plans for Wanda so I guess they're fine with her being apart of the MCU while Fox's Quicksilver did his own thing in the Fox X-Men universe. In a perfect world we would have Avengers, and X-Men movies all existing together. It's similar to Spider-Man who's movie rights are owned by Sony and how we had the Sam Rami Spider-Man movies followed by the Amazing Spider-Man Marc Webb reboots all existing in their own Sony universes. Thankfully after Amazing Spider-Man 2 did not do so well Sony agreed to feature a new Spider-Man in the MCU and that's how we have Tom Hollands Spider-Man. Disney bought Fox in 2019 so they're free to feature Mutants and The X-Men in the MCU now going forward it's just a matter of how they'll introduce them and when. One pretty big change is the creator of Ultron. In the comic's are most renditions (Video games and Cartoons) Ultron was created by Hank Pym also known as Ant man instead of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. The events within and around Sokovia are also unique to this film and did not happen in the comic's but Sokovia itself is from the comic's appearing in the Earth-616 main Marvel comic's.

You're quite confused. Ant-Man, Civil War and Doctor Strange all come before GoTG2.

dabbingcannasseur

sry I was misinformed lol

Zach Bogren

No they didn’t guardians 2 came out in 2017. Ultron came out in 2015

Ant Man next, followed by Captain America Civil War

Neill Shaughness

Great reaction as always. Ant man is next. One movie before my personal favorite.

SavageDiplomat

Really love this movie man. You guy's reaction was awesome. Though I noticed something for the first time; when Nat sees Clints new son named after her, his middle name was "Pietro". That's the name of the super fast Maximoff twin that sacrificed himself for Hawkeye and the young boy. Brings a tear to my eye. Hawkeye is one of my favorite avengers for sure.

Justin Baker

Yeah Hawkeye definitely became my favorite in this movie as well. He still is my favorite actually....Also i think its pretty cool He used the name of the twin that died "Pietro" as the middle name for his new son. Nice little tribute.

Anthony Garcia

Awesome video, ant man is next

Carolyn

And that was Thanos

Jarick Richardson

Oh, and the twins names are Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. If you watch again, you'll notice Clint actually gave his son the middle name of Pietro, can see it quick when Nat is looking at the cell phone picture of him.

dabbingcannasseur

Ant man is next then captain America civil war

Rashad Walker

Next it is Ant-Man

Jarick Richardson

LETS GOOOO

It's criminal that James Spader doesn't get more credit for his performance as Ultron. I think it's easy for people to forget Spader wasn't just doing voice-over work, he was in a full blown Mo-Cap suit for a lot of this movie. His mix of robotic and human movements was great, and his line delivery is perfection. I get in the grand scheme of things Ultron isn't the coolest villain in the MCU, but Spader killed the role. Not necessarily for reactions, but Spaders show 'The Blacklist' is a pretty good watch, granted the last few seasons have been kind of mreh.

dabbingcannasseur

This part of my life, this little part, is called happiness 😭

this avengers film gets too much hate…it’s easily the most rewatchable for me
