One small bit of trivia: One of the kids that Sam (Sean Astin) picks up and holds at the end of the movie is his daughter Alexandria. Sean Astin actually co-wrote a book called "There and Back Again" A memoir about his time playing Sam. Definitely a good read if you love the movies.

You get that vibe of jumping into a new world and the small little fellowship going on their adventure. The other two movies are still fantastic of course! Looking forward to the next one.
