Isn't that the survey Corp and the garrison? Why or how can he have both? I saw that and was like "I'm asking Sean Carroll about this!"

Concurrently, Mikasa explained that her Father's side had Ackermann blood, not her Mother. Her Mother was Oriental. So, by logic sense, Kuchel cannot be Mikasa's mother. But yes, Mikasa and Kenny are in the same family tree.
