2022-09-29 04:22:16 +0000 UTCby the way the reason everything looks crazy like the giant mutant guy, over-sized elephants, immortals being actual demon-like creatures, the "magic" black powder bombs is because the entire film is being told as a story back in sparta by the one guy Leonidas sent back home. His job was to return to Sparta and rally his people for the real war. Thats why everything is so over the top and dramatic. The narrator is spicing up the story to entice his people to fight telling them how only 300 men fought well against such insane things.
