This ep really goes to show you the different power dynamics between the demons and the demon slayers. The Master rules with respect and love and he is more than willing to give his hashiras the floor and to voice their concerns whereas muzan rules the lower moons with fear and utter obedience. It just reinforces the fact that muzan is a terrible leader.
