2025-08-26 10:42:29 +0000 UTCTGWTDT.Since the story of the book trillogy is about Lisbeth Sallander, it would be a shame not to see the complete trillogy of films from Sweden so you can see more than just the introduction and presentation of caracters, wich the first book/film is all about. It will never be any secuel filmd to the 2011 version. But the original films cover the whole Lisbeth story. So unless you're afraid of seeing a great story of a very strong woman I sugest you watch the Swedish trillogy right after the americanised B version from 2011.

2025-08-25 23:56:53 +0000 UTCCassie has a habit of NOT watching runners-up if they don't appeal to her (even if it loses by just 1%), but also has a habit of watching 2nd placers that DO appeal to her no matter how much they lose by. Dragon Tattoo is already on a victory lap, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she snags Lost in Translation as well. She's already denied herself the enjoyment of City Slickers and I hope she doesn't make the same mistake again.

2025-08-25 17:11:18 +0000 UTCLOST IN TRANSLATION people!! I think it's the one that Cassie will enjoy the most (even though I do think that she will like The Man in the Iron Mask, too). THWTDT is a favourite of mine, but Cassie will not like that one scene, or the follow-up scene... but I do think she will like the film overall. The acting, directing and cinematography are all well done.
