Update 101

Well my youngest officially went back to school this week. This has been my hardest back to school year yet and I am struggling a bit. Tears are just living in the back of my eyes permanently. I'm sure I'll soon be marvelling how much more I can get done in a day and hope to get my evenings back a little bit as I'll be able to watch during the day! Right now though, my empty house is making me cry. Knock on wood, but things may just get a lot more organized over here ;)

This week we continue with G of T, our Pick a Flick Winner The Human Comedy (ok 100% on Rotten Tomatoes!?) and continuing with The "Snyderverse" as the youths say it with Batman vs. Superman!

We also have CASSIE'S PICKS POLLS going on right now. There are 2, and the top 2 from each will square off in a final later this week!

We also have some mod change ups! KL, our amazing moderator for the past two years is stepping back, she will still be here on patreon and stuff but as you can imagine she is a very busy lady with her own channel and all things! She has been incredible, completely organized our whole discord among other things and always a happy voice of reason on here! The Type A to my Type B and we will miss her as a mod!

Our new mod is Cole Jennett! He first found PiB with Sixth Sense in early 2021 and has been a patron since October 2021! He is in Saskatchewan Canada, likes hockey, movies and TV (obvs), is a past trivia winner and all around good guy!

Ok now pretend we're all going back to school and here are the morning announcements in that monotone, muffled, staticky voice:

There will be a special assembly (YT LIVE) on August 30th at 2pm MST. Please make sure to bring your own popcorn and a good attitude.

The Extra Butter Movie Club will be meeting on August 25th at 8pm MST for a movie and life discussion and Q and A.

We have a new Student Council Member (moderator), please kindly welcome Cole Jennett to this role. Also please stop stuffing student council members in the lockers.

Please remember to fill out or have your parent fill out your PAF form(pick a flick) sheet sent home each month. It is important for attendance purposes to double check after that it has been submitted.

Ok also remember to check the lost and found, there seems to be 3 left shoes, a star trek phaser and a poster of Rita Hayworth.

Finally our menu for lunch is Big Kahuna Burgers, Royale's with cheese and $5 milkshakes.
