Yeah the low numbers of the reaction suprised me also, with the assumed age demographic of the channel i'd thought it would be a smash. Also pretty funny that alot of the comments think she is saying motherf*%$er when Wez pops up despite it clearly not being that lol.

2025-07-13 14:13:59 +0000 UTCSurprised to see this movie only did 53k in one day, while the supposedly less popular first Mad Max movie did 60k in one day. Even though I personally prefer the first Mad Max I thought because most people claim MM2 is better than 1 it would get more views initially.

2025-07-13 10:38:39 +0000 UTCI saw this movie first. Like the first time I saw Star Wars (IV: A New Hope), I was so blown away by the spectacle that I could hardly remember anyone's names by the end. I don't think I even heard the name Max mentioned the first time. Some very cool action scenes, colorful characters and, of course, Mel became a star.

I mean the 90s & the 70s are the big decades of innovation and new voices but I can’t Imagine judging a decade of film like that.
