The Passion of the Christ (2004) - Full Reaction

This was obviously a very hard watch. It was a great reminder of the ultimate sacrifice but very graphic and painful to watch. I wish they would have shown more of his life, of his teachings and healing and miracles. There were beautiful parts that touched me-He is Risen! I’m nervous about this reaction a bit so please be kind.

The Passion of the Christ (2004) - Full Reaction

Comments

I find it funny how people in the comments have to specifically come out of the woodwork to say that they're going to pass on this movie because they're just not interested in it, implying that they would ever make that comment on literally any movie but this one or other Christian movies. There's plenty of movies on here that I don't have any interest in watching because I'm just not into the genre but I don't feel the need to go on there and say that I'm going to not watch it because I'm not interested. Just say that you hate Christianity and God and don't try to pretend like you're just quote not interested

Aw God Bless you Cassie, this was the most genuine reaction ive seen for this. ignore the manifestation in the comments about this movie. It was touching you couldn't speak while watching it. Christ is King

Second time watching this movie. It's a tough watch even for an atheist like me because it's just so realistic. Props to Jim Caviezel on an amazing performance, I truly believed his pain.

When watching this or reading about the Passion in the Scripture it helps if you keep in mind that all of this that Jesus endured was to save His fallen, rebellious creation and to demonstrate to the world the depth of God's love for humanity. The suffering in the Garden was for our failure in the Garden and all the way to the resurrection where He was raised so we could be raised it is all for us.
