Ten years?? Holy crap. I thought it was five years, max. My sense of time has gotten horrible.

Chris Thom

Zoey Deutch kills her role and steals the movie

Victor

"Bonzer" is Australian for "ripper", which is Australian for "fair dinkum", which is Australian for the great sequel that is Crocodile Dundee 2. I love you, Clay, but fans of the Mighty Mick do not agree with your opinion of the film. (Or IMDB's.)

Clarence Newman

Reviews mean nothing to me. Taste in movies is subjective. I throughly enjoyed Crocodile Dundee 2, and I’d wager Cassie would too if she ever watches it.

Luke Godfrey

What does bonzer mean?

Luke Godfrey

Croc Dundee 2 is abysmal. A cash grab. 62,000 users at IMDb gave it a paltry average rating of 5.7. I am glad it finished in 5th place in the September poll, losing to Highlander, Sister Act, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and Ronin.

Clay F

Also It part 2 isn't a sequel, it is the second half of one original story. The same as Kill Bill or Lord of the Rings or It (1990).

Mike Lemon

And whoever wrote "there are too few laughs" in Croc 2 to be a comedy, I don't know what film they were watching. In my opinion, it's funnier than the first one. It's worth seeing just for Nev and Donk.

Clarence Newman

Clay. I know you use IMDB stats quite a bit for this sort of thing, but with Cassie it's important to start from a simple question - Did she like the first one? If the answer is yes (and she and Carly both loved it!), then why not send them back for more of the same? With the Croc films, diminishing returns only come in to play in Part 3, which was truly awful and I will never be suggesting it. 1 & 2 are solid films with enough difference and enough of the same for both sisters to have a whale of a time watching them. Personally, that's my jackpot.

Clarence Newman

Croc Dundee 2 though. That's a bonzer sequel!

Clarence Newman

My theory about why she would watch "It Part 2" and not "Scream Part 2" is that one is possible in real life and the other isn't. "It" has a ridiculous premise (therefore the scariness can't inflitrate real life), while "Scream" is about psycho idiots on a killing spree. The latter affects Cassie far more than the former.

Clarence Newman

Madison was hilarious and carried the movie.

Randy

Sorry I should have said Scream sequels. First reaction was great. It’s just annoying being able to watch the first movie along with Cassie, but not the rest. Then when she announced she’s watching IT 2 after how she reacted to the first movie, I’m thinking maybe she’ll finally give Scream 2 a try! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Luke Godfrey

She did react to the first Scream last year if you haven't seen it yet. Almost exactly one year ago.

Chris Thom

Pretty sure she hated IT too, so there’s still a chance for Scream. 🙏🏻 Everything you’ve written (or shared) about Crocodile Dundee 2 is blasphemy. I love that movie, and so would Cassie if she ever watched it.

Luke Godfrey

Cassie and Carly are huge Legally Blonde fans.

Chris Thom

My guess is the Scream franchise is over on the channel. She absolutely hated Scream (1996). To me, a good general rule is to avoid sequels, with some exceptions. Crocodile Dundee II (1988). IMDb 5.7, RT single-digit 9% (audience 38%) --"Retelling its predecessor's same joke with diminishing returns, Crocodile Dundee II sees the franchise's enjoyability go down under." --"Too slow to constitute an adventure and has too few laughs to be a comedy."

Clay F

The ones on my list are Jaws 2, Superman 2, Rambo 2, Croc Dundee 2, Godfather 3, Hannibal & Red Dragon

Clarence Newman

Zoey Deutch is the daughter of Howard Deutch, who directed Pretty in Pink. Maybe that's part of your initial thinking? If not then that's a prett funny coincidence.

Brett Richey

Legally Blonde. That is the movie I was thanking of.

Rick Williams

I am thinking of the movies that follow a young lady becoming a lawyer and she wears all pink. There were at least two of the movies. I am trying to think of the name of the star and the movies.

Rick Williams

She has another Indiana Jones movie to watch and we are STILL waiting on the rewatch with Carly of the last Mission: Impossible that she said she might do.

Mike LL

I’d forgotten about those. Yeah she really needs to finish them. I’m still holding on to a slither of hope she’ll finish Scream franchise. More so now that’s she’s watching IT 2 which is WAY scarier imo.

Luke Godfrey

Pretty sure it's white noise from the ghost aliens. But can't be sure.

Chris Thom

She still has to finish the Matrix trilogy, and The Godfather, Jurassic World, and the Hannibal series. Was really hoping for a Scream resurgence on the channel...but looks like that won't happen. Sad face.

Chris Thom

The only Pretty in Pink I know of was made in the 80s, Zoey Deutch wasn't born until 94.

Steve Hernandez

Cassie could totally pull off Madison.

Rick Williams

Great Movie. I think Madison was in Pretty in Pink. Great Reaction Cassie.

Rick Williams

I doubt it's Lea Thompson as well... wouldn't surprise me if it was some like Rose Byrne that had their hair coloured blondish for the role. I was just pointing out that their is a similar actress on the channel that happens to be Zoey Deutch's mum. And, without realising it, PIB is pretty familiar with the Deutch family's body of work.

Mojo One Thousand

I enjoyed all the times Cassie imitated Madison!

greggreggreg2000

Agreed!

Cole Jennett

Sometimes the sequel is better than the original, and this movie is proof. Fingers crossed Cassie watches some more sequels, like: Jumanji: The Next Level Crocodile Dundee 2 Split (2016) and Glass (2019) Scream 2 - 6

Luke Godfrey

It was totally Ben. :)

BibbitduBois

I love the first one so much, that I was one of those who was begging for years for a sequel. When we finally got it, my wife and I went to the theater to see it.. And we're unfortunately a bit disappointed. Not terrible, but definitely a step down from the first one.

Stick Figure Studios

Such a fun watch glad you enjoyed it, I do think Zoey Deutch as Manison was a great addition to the film and had some of the funniest parts. Really hoping they get around to doing a 3rd movie. Also Cassie, I think Ben did mess around with the music just to get you on edge 😂😂.

Dean Holt

No way. She was soooooooooooo scared!

Bryan Erickson

Ha, that was a quick outro lol! Well, that sure was a ride! I hate to say it though, but I think the first one was better! Don't get me wrong the main cast did a fantastic job as always, but there was some moments where I couldn't stop rolling my eyes and face palming, hate to say it but I'm with Woody, not the biggest fan of hippies, sorry! Seeing that scene when they were melting down the guns, broke my heart lol! Plus, not a fan of the whole mellow drama of breaking up relationships and getting a broken heart, that's a little to close to home for me lol! Still, this was a good watch/reaction considering this was my first time watching it and I'm glad I did, Cassie you were hilarious as always lol! The action, the gore, the creative kills on the zombies was all worth it despite the stuff that made my eyes roll and face palm lol! Who knows, maybe eventually I might start liking this a bit more, but I still say the first one is the best, that's just my opinion! Great watch Cassie, love and support, you and Carly are the best, have a great week and God bless y'all and the family🥰😇🙏🤗😁😉👍✌🌹

Wesley White

I was thinking more likely she knows her from Vampire Academy

Cole Jennett

It 100% was Ben, lol

Odd Thomas

Thank you for watching this movie! Even 10 years later it still has that great atmosphere, I love the characters, Bill is hilarious at the end! Zombieland 3 🤞

Grégory Gautier

Maybe "Dirty Grandpa" (2016). Doubt it. May not be into music that much but ... --"Ed Sheeran: Perfect" (2017) music video. 3.8B views. My daughter liked. --"Justin Bieber: Anyone" (2021) music video.

Clay F

Just as good as the first, if not better. "Sally Tally!" Another fun Zoey Deutch movie is Vampire Academy.

Odd Thomas

I been a fan of Elvis for 50 years but never watched his movies. An exception is I watched most of "Viva Las Vegas" (1964) b/c Ann-Margret is stunning and has charisma like Elvis.

Clay F

This was a first time watch for me, and I enjoyed it just as much as the original film. After all I had good company (the best!) and this film series doesn't demand a whole lot from the viewer. I went in with very low expectations, and they were vastly exceeded. Had a good time!

Mike LL

I've learned to turn Cassie's sound down a little and that helps a lot.

Mike LL

I did appreciate that little history lesson in this movie! It is very useful info moving into Arsenic and Old Lace! 😉😉😉

Mike LL

Just watched the trailer. Looks good. Yeah I'll definitely be watching that. Saved to my Amazon home page.

Chris Thom

Ever seen The Vast of Night (2019)? If you’re into such things, you might like it. It’s on Amazon.

Larry Darrell

I doubt that’s why she found her familiar, lol. I’m sure she’s just seen the actress in something else before. I don’t think she looks that much like her mother personally.

Cole Jennett

The fantom horror music can only have three possible, rational explanations. 1. Your house is haunted. 2. Those aliens from Dark Skies are controlling the stereo. 3. Ghost aliens. Nighty night.

Chris Thom

Yup.

Uncle Phoenix

Oh no way. She's Lea Thompson's daughter?

Chris Thom

I never watched it even tho the original has always been one of my favorite movies, I just heard to many bad things about this one but you gave me a reason to finally watch it. it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be and I did enjoy it for the most part, the only thing I really disliked, and I always dislike in movies are the forced call backs, like repeating lines from the first one, dont get me wrong, it can be really great, but in this one it was just to forced and overdone, there are some other things I really didnt like and this movie couldve been a lot better if they didnt try to force so many random things, but anyway as I said it was still fun and entertaining.

samuel Jakob

@21:12 "Why does she look so familiar?" Because that'd be you in the zombie apocalypse lol

Jyn Jilly

I thought it was a really disappointing sequel.

ShazD

"Madison" looks familiar because she is played by Zoey Deutch, who looks similar to her mother Lea Thompson, who most know as "Lorraine McFly (nee Bates)" among other characters in the "Back to the Future" trilogy; also the original "Red Dawn" (on the channel). As someone else mentioned, we will soon see her again in "Howard the duck". Zoey's father is Howard Deutch, a director who made plenty of comedies through the '80s and '90s, including one PIB favourite, "The Replacements".

Mojo One Thousand

Blue Hawaii is quintessential Elvis. (Haven't used that word for a while.) Oh, and Officer and a Gentleman is quintessential Richard Gere.

Clarence Newman

Agree. Bubba Ho-Tep would be a great reaction.

Just Plain Bob

I was a little disappointed with this one. It felt like the script had been written shortly after the first, but was only slightly adjusted to account for 10 years passing. Also, sidelining Abigail Breslin’s character and almost replacing her with Zoey Deutch’s felt weird to me. Going in, I thought Abigail was going to get to have a reunion with her way more famous since the last film co-stars, but was kinda left at the kids table.

Larry Darrell

Thanks for the reaction. "Donkey Kong MF's"

Clay F

I’m glad she found something to react to this October that could make her laugh. It was a nice little palate cleanser after a couple intense episodes of Hill House

Cole Jennett

Does anyone else hear the constant background static. It stops only when Cassie talks

TinCan Cosmanaut

Yes on Viva Las Vegas !!

Bill Maurer

Viva Las Vegas (1964) (w/Ann-Margret) or King Creole (1958)

Clay F

Do you know that there's a link between this movie and "Arsenic and Old Lace"? Think US President Also, I think Cassie should do an Elvis Presle movie soon. In honor of this movie

Bill Maurer

IDK; but I will say that Ben scaring Cassie is literally my favorite thing ever.

Uncle Phoenix

Now I kind of want a Honda Odyssey with a Deadpool and a Twinkie sticker on the back.

Uncle Phoenix

Whenever I saw Madison in a scene, I couldn’t help but remember that Madison’s real life mom played the female lead in “Howard The Duck” back in 1986. And then I couldn’t help but remember that Woody Harrelson’s dad claimed to be one of the assassins assigned to kill JFK in Dallas on 22 Nov 1963.

Uncle Phoenix

It was Ben.

Carol_White

Worrying about whether Tallahassee got his Twinkie at the end of the first movie is the Cassie-est thing ever!😂

Just Plain Bob

Parts of the first Zombieland movie were filmed in my hometown and Double Tap filmed around where I live in Georgia.

PopeyeNelson

Madison !!!!

Bill Maurer

I’d happily watch a spinoff of Madison.

Shad Kanyak

While I didn’t like this one as much as the first, it was still fun and Madison was just hilarious 😂 This came out ten years after the original, and I read a story that Emma Stone suggested to the director that they reunite to make a Zombieland movie every ten years…don’t know if he took her up on her advice or not, but guess we’ll have to wait until 2029 to see 😉

JL_83

Streaming for free on Hulu in US if you are a subscriber.

Clay F

I’ll get to this one tomorrow, but I am happy to see ANY reaction right now, because it means we are closer to Arsenic And Old Lace!!

Mike LL

Lovable team!

Wes

I am so happy whenever Cass has fun reacting to a movie. Today I played the Hot Fuzz reaction without the movie; and just enjoyed the background laughs while I worked.
