@Clarence Lol yes, it's Canada's most iconic national park. Absolutely gorgeous, but as Canada's premier tourist destination it's pretty crowded most of the year. Pro tip: if you ever come visit, by all means visit Banff (if only to see Lake Louise), but stay and play in Jasper a few hours to the north. Or literally any other destination in the Rocky Mountains. It's pretty spectacular.

Its like you took the words right out of my mouth. I have so many favorites that I go back to every so often because I just enjoy them so much. Its a combination of her personality, her genuine reactions, her comments, and the movie (and some of the movies were never really favorites of mine). If one year ago you would have asked me if I’d become a fan of a movie reactor, I wouldn’t have hesitated to say no. I watched a few here and there because of the movie they were watching. But none of them drew me in the way Cassie did. And then add Carly to the mix…oooh boy, I’m a fan for life.

Dan, I think you've nailed the reason most of us are here. Cassie has given us a ton of great moments (jumpscares, ugly crying, epic t-shirts and 50 shades of gosh), but it's surprising how many complete reactions have become favourites in themselves (as opposed to selected highlights like her Poltergeist flippy fit). I may be saying more about myself than I should by doing this, but here's the ones I keep going back to: ..... OK, scratch that. I started listing them, but the list got so long and diverse it would have put you all to sleep. Suffice it to say there are LOADS that I can watch multiple times, all the way through, and have already. And will again. Makes you wonder if it's more about who we're hanging out with than about specific highlights.

So Banff is a real place? I heard that word 40 years ago when I was watching an episode of the brilliant sitcom "Soap". Father Tim goes to a religious retreat somewhere to try and forget Corinne. For the past several yrs., every summer my WiFi starts dropping during the day primarily. The 1st couple of yrs. I chaulked it up to satellite location, Sun spots, or temperature. Last yr. I started complaining to my I.P. They tried all summer to figure it out including replacing the phone line under the road from their box to my house. I'm typing this for a 2nd time due to the WiFi dropping. I haven't gotten up the strength to call & complain as it will mean waiting for service techs to arrive between 8 a.m. & whenever. June 26th, we had 2 hail storms about 15 min. apart. The 1st one was marble sized & the 2nd. was golf ball sized hail stones. Just settled with my auto ins. for $7,768 worth of damage. I'm waiting for the ins. co. on my house to send an adjuster to evaluate replacing the entire metal roof. I did just find 2 - $5 bills on the floor in frt. of the dairy cooler in our market. I live in a town of 275 people 55 mi. N. of Boise. I took them to the Manager who asked every shopper in the store. Turned out it was our Fire Chief who had dropped them. Waiting for the temp. to drop so that I can get some work done outside. Take it from an "old fart" your family is everything. Enjoy them this & every summer to come. The most valuable thing that I own are my memories!

It can be pretty spotty on the prairies, being so sparsely populated. My in laws live on a farm ten minutes south of town. In town, I have a terrific internet plan and flawless cell reception with great internet as well. Out at their farm, my cell barely gets a signal and they had no decemt internet options until they got StarLink last summer. I have to download music, podcasts, amd audiobooks to my phone ahead of time when going on road trips as large stretches in any direction from where I live are basically dead zones. It's just how it is.

I love "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington". Another movie directed by Frank Capra. I especially love the character Saunders, played by Jean Arthur. She is one of my all time favorite actresses. Every needs to see this movie growing up. You learn that there is corruption, but it can be beaten by people with good hearts who are willing to fight with all they have. I get emotional every time I watch it.

But I did take my daughter to see Close Encounters of the Third Kind yesterday. Columbia Pictures re-released it in theatres as part of their 100 year anniversary. It was her first time seeing it, and my first time on the big screen. It was a great experience seeing it with her. Can’t wait to see your reaction to it …eventually. Hope you feel better soon! This New Zealand family on YouTube has been using it throughout their big trip to the US and they've been able to do periodic LIVE chats during their travels. It's been a lot of fun. Feel better. If you're getting sick a lot it may be your body's way of telling you that you need a minute where you don't worry about the channel at all. You've been pretty non-stop for more than three years. My Grandpa showed me a picture of him and his brother in 1953 Toronto, Canada. They were sitting in their home with the backdrop filled with alcoholic beverages while they both played music with drinks in hand. He's 95 years of age and still to this day recalls his time in Canada throughout the 1950s until moving back to Ireland. I hope you have a wonderful break in Canada, hopefully I'll get the chance to visit in my lifetime.
