Roughly one month after Part 1 of 'Unification' aired, he would appear as Sarek in the movie 'Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country'. 'Unification' would also serve as sort of a teaser for 'Star Trek VI', as Spock would make reference to certain events in the movie during the episode.
