I have seen a few basketball movies before the channel (Coach Carter, Hoosiers, Glory Road, Love and Basketball, Like Mike, Space Jam, Teen Wolf (??) ) There are still some great ones out there I think!

2024-03-20 03:13:48 +0000 UTCTo choose what basketball movie are best out of 5 is more or less impossible, cause all the movies can be the best in their sub category. To choose between ‘Air’ or White Men Can’t Jump’ are impossible, cause it’s both great movies and maybe even the best in their sub category. To me ‘Air’ is to Sport/Basketball-genre, what fx. ‘The Pride of the Yankees’ (1942) is to Sport/Baseball or to cut is out to everyone know what I mean…. What ‘Band of Brothers’ are to the War-genre. To me the creation of these movies celebrate the History and honor the heroes these movies are created about. A knowledge there would/could be lost if such movies wasn’t created. Baseball/football is a hard field, cause there are so many Great movies and a lot of great new movies had premiere 2022/23 fx. ‘American Underdog’, but just as a reminder of the one earlier mentioned ‘The Pride of the Yankees’ (1942) with Gary Cooper in the leading rolle as Lou Gehrig… Even Babe Ruth have at large part as ….. you guessed right Babe Ruth, which part i think he managed ok…. Lol But writing this I didn’t factor in that it wasn’t about what movie there there best, but what movies we wanted to se a reaction to…. Something I normally use as guidance to which one I thing that’s the best and therefore want Cassie to watch …..
