Was it really that common for women (or men) to just be openly romantic with more than one person back then and pretend like everything was normal. I honestly don't remember that. But great movie all the same!

2024-01-26 16:28:10 +0000 UTCOh wow. After the crap week I’ve had this is just what I needed to raise my mood. I love this film and I really loved seeing you both react to it. This film is jus so nice and uplifting and funny. It was huge hit back in the day and it’s another one of those movies I recorded on vhs and watched over and over again. Even today as she’s running to catch him at the subway I feel that little panic that she won’t be on time. Even though I’ve seen it dozens of times. You have to watch the second one as well.

How much better would the world be if more people were like that? I actually read that this movie was such a hit that it helped to boost tourism in Australia. Crikey!
