HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! And Upcoming....

Ok I wrote this yesterday and thought I posted it (insert Daniel Day Lewis "Whoopsadaisy" or Hugh Grants, ya probably that one)

HAPPY NEEEEWWWW YYYEEEAARRRR my beautiful friends, I hope you all Auld Lang Syned your hearts out last night. New Years and a fresh start both overwhelm and excite me. I stopped doing your old checkbox resolutions, but started doing MORES AND LESSES. My biggest hope is to replace my default emotion of guilt (mom guilt, work guilt, housework guilt, DM guilt) with a default emotion of contentment.

MORE

-getting into the things my kids are into

-working out to be healthy

-daily life of PiB stuff

-saving %%

-rolling with the punches

-organization (and ask for help with this)

LESS

-mindless scrolling

-LATE nights

-working out as a punishment

-guilt and worry

That's my basic thoughts on the new year, what about you?

This week we have Spiderman, because I was feeling left out seeing it as a bunch of ppl's fav movie of the year on instagram! Also STIII guys, the title is giving me hope! aaaaaannnndddd the winner of the TOP 50 poll going on right now (ends tomorrow) I like how close it is up in there!

Next week we will do a 51-100 poll, but I think I might open that up to the whole YT community-could be fun? Could be a gongshow? haha **Shout out to PLANNER for all the work he does to keep that site up and running and organized!

SAVE THE DATE BUTTER BABES LIVE will be 1/27-Time TBA (depends on watch-along vs hang out)

and then OMG The THIRD ANNUAL POPPIES are coming up in FEBRUARY! One of my fav things of the YEAR!

Ok well my kids are off for the rest of this whole week, so wish me luck and patience!

CHEERS to 2024

Yes, there are a lot of good romances that Cassie (and Carly) would really enjoy that are older. My mother's favorite movie was Born Yesterday. My mother dragged me to the TV kicking and screaming when I was a teenager to make me watch it and I fell in love with it. I watched it with a friend who loves romances last year and though she'd never seen it before, she loved it too, which I guess is proof that you don't need nostalgia for the good ones. But there are a lot of brilliant films out there that people miss due to making assumptions about older cinema. I'd hate to see Cassie miss out because some Patrons are unwilling to try new things, even if those new things are actually pretty darn old.

Mitch M

Totally Agree. This is the end of a letter I included with the movies I sent her last month. I just hope that you (Cassie) are having Fun and are enjoying what you do. Knowing that you are having Fun watching movies is enough for me. When it becomes not fun, please find something else that is.

Larry Darrell

One of the main reasons I would never want to be a reactor is the "never make something you love into your job" factor, as you'll most likely come to hate what you formerly loved. So it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that Cassie doesn't want to watch movies when she's not working. I truly wish YT wasn't such a major factor in every reactors life but it's unrealistic to think it could not be. I think it would be interesting to see what would happen if Cassie hit a big lottery jackpot. My best guess is she'd still make reaction videos, but not nearly as many as she does now, and when she did them she'd be much more willing to watch films that would likely tank on YT. In fact she might not even bother with YT and do everything patreon only. But who knows? It would finally prove one way or the other just how much she really enjoys doing this.

Richard Maurer

I’ve said a time or two on here and communicated to Cassie before as well, that I don’t expect Her to React to every film or even any specific film. Every Reaction She gives us, I see as a Gift. Cassie has commented before that She doesn’t really watch movies outside of the channel anymore. That to me, says She is not a Movie Buff and is interested in other things in this world more than movies. Which is Totally Fine. That being said, I’m pretty sure She loves doing this channel and loves the Rewards that come from it. Physically, Spiritually and Materially. I think, for Cassie, when it comes to selecting movies… One Never Before Seen Movie is just as good as the Other Never Before Seen Movie. This is why She uses Polls mostly. As long as She watches the most voted for movie, She will always be pleasing the most people. This is what I think Cassie cares about Most. Which is Not a Bad Thing. Every once in a while, Cassie catches a bug and watches an extra Heist film, or extra Courtroom movie, or one more Kevin Costner film just because… because She “wants” to. This is what I keep trying to plant seeds for. I would like for Her to watch more films She “wants” to watch. This is where recommending films and voting for films that We know She will like, pays off. This is how you turn someone who Enjoys Movies and has Fun watching them, when they are watching them… into a Movie Buff, who Loves movies, wants to learn more about them, and Seeks Out certain films because they Want to Watch them. I sent her a bunch of movies this past Christmas along with a list of Classic Christmas Film recommendations, and told her that I hoped She would allow herself to watch some extra films, without Reacting to them, at least just for Christmas, if there was any down time in the Holiday Going Ons. The hope is, especially for the Classics, is that She may learn more about them and want to watch more, and eventually, getting back to watching films outside of the Channel. (Kids may need to get a little older maybe before then. ;-) To sum up, I think She enjoys movies, but I’m not sure She loves them yet. I think films are still more in the category of Livelihood for Cassie… Now, don’t get me wrong… Best Job Ever kind of livelihood supplier, but still a Job. I said before, I believe Cassie has Greater Interests higher than movies, and I commend her for that, if it’s true. So my only small Hope, is that one day, when it’s all over, She will have more than just a Modern Day Rom Com interest in movies, and be able to look at a list of 5 completely different Never Before Seen movies… neither of them a Modern Rom Com… and be able to say, “I want to watch This One, because…”

Larry Darrell

I never said the Cassie does this for only for money, in fact I firmly believe she enjoys doing it, so if it seemed like I was implying that it was unintended. And for record I don't think being a reactor is a easy job, especially post pandemic. If you search Lord of the Rings reactions you would be shocked how many reactors there are you've never even heard of, and how many you'll never hear from again (if you put out a LotR reaction and only get 2.5K views, you might as well hang it up now). I give them most of them a try, and most lose my interest or flat out annoy me, and this is coming from a LotR superfan who watches the best of the LotR reactions on a regular rotation. Turns out you have to be interesting to succeed at being a reactor. But anybody who thinks money isn't also a concern is being naive. I have yet to see a reactor who I believe was just doing it as a fun hobby. Doing a lot of classics would be great for us classics fans but it would also lower her YT views, resulting in not only a loss of revenue but would affect her channel in the YT algorithm. I'm not saying not to ask for classics, but please be a little more understanding as to what can be realistically expected of a reactor in regards to not only their channel and revenue, but also the majority of their fanbase, who just aren't interested in classics. And adding more classics to the channel won't force those fans to change, as much as we classic fans all wish they would.

Richard Maurer

I’ve always wanted to ask Cassie… “Why did you start this Channel?” And if the honest answer was for the Easy Money and Easy Job to Work from Home, then I hope She knows, that it would be OK to admit it.

Larry Darrell

Barbara Stanwck is one of my favorite actresses. I think she’s overlooked so often. Meet John Doe is an amazing movie. So timeless. Such a great message. So much hope.

Mary Therese Ryan Ceballos

As I said before, I love many of the classics. I just wish people would be more realistic about them. Classics will never dominate this channel, or at least as long as it's money making concern. Classics do poorly on YT, which why most reactors don't even bother with them. The fact that Cassie watches any of them has to do with two things - the fact that this one the biggest reaction channel's on YT, and that Cassie cares enough about her patrons to that she's willing to lose some money - on occasion. I strongly doubt if she'll let herself be in a position where she owes five classics (or any other type of movie) to any one person. I have been asking for martial arts and classic horror polls for over a year and I feel lucky that the martial arts poll actually happened. Notice I didn't ask her to do half a dozen movies or do the poll on a monthly basis, if she does it again by next year I'll be happy. I'm just saying when you're asking for something that you know isn't very popular don't expect to get a huge gift just be glad when you get a nice little one now and then.

Richard Maurer

Excellent idea. If I could add one film to the pot. Meet John Doe (1941), starring Barbara Stanwyck and Gary Cooper. I’ve been watching this every Christmas time for the past 10 years or so. I was hoping for some more Classic Christmas films this past one, since there are so many. There is a group of us who have been trying to suggest more Classic films from before the 70s for a long while now. The ones Cassie has watched, She liked, but it still seems like she isn’t in a hurry to see more. She isn’t hooked yet. It’s gonna take people personally selecting films for her to see more it seems like right now, and as it stands, the only time this happens is when someone wins a Trivia Night. I won the last, and this past Christmas, I was regretting the 5 films I did submit. I should have stacked the list with 1940s Christmas films.

Larry Darrell

Thanks 🙂 All the non-english movies I mentioned are on top 350-ish. Passion of the Christ will be perfect at easter. LTROI in october 🙂 and FÅ/SML will be perfect always 😇

Björn Karlsson

@Bjorn - sounds good to me.

Richard Maurer

I think a "raffle" of sorts is a great idea. Another reactor I follow does a variation of this, where once a month she randomly picks a patron from her movie/TV tier to name any movie title (obviously within reason) that she will react to. I wish more reactors did this.

WastedPo

He dude, this is a fun Movie of all sorts site. No political messages. It violates community guidelines. Take your nasty Free Palestine BS elsewhere.

John Liebling

Five movies is a lot for one person to get to pick, especially classics. While I love many classic films (I'm a older patron myself, and grew up watching the classics) the reality is they tend to do poorly on YT, which is where the main part of the revenue for her channel comes from. And if she did five, she'd have to spread them out over literal years so as to keep up the variety for other viewers, the majority of whom probably wouldn't care about your, or most other peoples, picks. Also, I don't think patreon would allow this (not sure of the rules) so she might have to do it somewhere else. A more likely way to do this would be one movie/ one winner/ $20 (?) ticket. Not as expensive, so more people could afford to enter, and less time consuming for the channel. Cassie could possibly do this twice a year, but more likely once.

Richard Maurer

I think popcorn request is an amazing tool. I don't think other channels have anything like that. I agree about doing more from the highest ranked movies. I mean, they are the highest ranked for a reason. Soooo I have an idea 😇 "The popcorn request week" YAAAYY!!!! 🤩🤩 Let say have like 6 weeks every year (one week every two months) when Cassie puts focus on popcorn request only. One week = three movies. First movie: The highest ranked. Second movie: Cassie takes what ever she wants from top 100. Third movie (this is the big one and the challenge): Cassie does a reaction of the highest ranked non-english movie from popcorn request. It's a bunch on top 500 (like 10-15 or so) The 6 highest ranked movies today (I think) are Show me love, Apocalypto, Let the right one in, Das boot, Your name and Hero. Passion of the Christ is there too almost. Loooots of diversity and many genres represented 😃😃😃😃

Björn Karlsson

I feel too old for these posts. All my movie suggestions aren’t necessarily old for me, but it seems that to a lot of people in these posts, anything prior to the 1980s is ancient. lol I think it would be fun if Cassie could do a wild card. Have Patreon members bur a raffle ticket and pick a charity, like St. Jude’s foundation. Say, for a ticket price of $100, you can submit a list of 5 movies. Cassie could do a drawing of 5 different winners/lists, and it would all be for a good cause. I know she’s not familiar with a lot of black and white movies but movies like Life With Father, or I Remember Mama, or You Can’t Take it With You are amazing. And then there are the classic 60s films, fun ones, a Haley Mills era, like Moonspinners and The Trouble With Angels. Gary Cooper movies like Sergeant York and Pride of the Yankees. The screwball comedies like Ball of Fire, or Bringing Up Baby or Philadelphia Story. There’s such a great and rich wealth of good films. And it would serve a beautiful cause.

Mary Therese Ryan Ceballos

People seem to be suggesting basketball movies so I’d like to add High Flying Bird on Netflix into the mix. A great “not sports-sports movie” movie about people not playing basketball for a very tense weekend. Happy to see Across the Spiderverse coming up. Presumably Cassie has been warned about the thing that happens at the end.

Jacob King

oh yeah..she was only on one of the best all time comedy of all time.. bet she was so upset lol

Dana Regan

My preference would be that she jump from UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY to the 3 Chris Pine movies and then go back to do some TNG episodes before watching GENERATIONS and the TNG movies.

Stick Figure Studios

I think she should watch the three Chris Pine Trek movies right after she finishes UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY.

Stick Figure Studios

In case clarification is needed: I assume that Cassie's point isn't that workouts can feel punishing, but rather about the inadvisability of seeing them as punishment. Eg, "I ate too much, so I will 'punish' myself by working out." On the one hand: hey, whatever gets you to work out! On the other hand, you are associating negative feelings with it, which is unlikely to be conducive to sticking with it.

Happy Hanukkah

Anything that can be done to chip away at those rankings is a good thing imo. There's no reason why movies ranked so highly, for so long, should also have to win a poll. At that point, we're just dragging things out when they don't need to be.

Mario

Best part of the Poppies imho was all the cameos from their fellow Canadians (and a couple of Yanks) :)

Paul Stelter

Oh yeah I don’t have access to the full lengths. :(

AC5555

Maybe the Patreon too! Let me see as I haven’t checked. Could be my membership isn’t high enough???? I’m a little kernel.

AC5555

it’s up on Patreon! do you mean a YT edit?

Cassie

i saw that one in theatres off the channel (the first one)

Cassie

Yeah, well.. there’s a reason I didn’t mention Love & Basketball. It will win in a landslide because people will vote for what they think she’ll like the most, and not because it’s the best film on the list. I do think it’s a very good film, though.

Shehab Dawoud

For basketball- Rebound (1996) needs to be on the list.

Mike Lemon

I am absolutely with you on He Got Game, White Men Can't Jump (The original, not whatever the hell that abomination that came out last year was), Above The Rim and Any Given Sunday. I'd also throw in Love and Basketball because I think that Cassie and Carly would love that one the best.

Matthew Folz

The Patreons voted those movies into the ranking their in. It's really just a giant movie poll. I do understand if she doesn't have room in her schedule every month though

Katie Jackson

@Clay F Nah, we good.

Shehab Dawoud

Once a month is a lot to ask for, once a quarter would be more reasonable. I mean you know that patrons not having a choice in the matter would cause problems.

Richard Maurer

Friday Night Lights (2004) or football.

Clay F

Kind of. But I've been going to gym for the last 10 years, I don't really want to go most of times. I never regret going afterwards though Truth is, people who rely on motivation never become consistent with their workouts. You have to rely on discipline. Actually true for all hard goals in life, not just fitness

Banned by CineBinge, for no reason. 1 day after purcasing Patreon.. FU

She's seen Hoosiers (Thank God), and Hoop Dreams is a documentary, I believe? So, I wouldn't throw that in. Agree on Victory, it's probably the only Fútbol film to mention as I'm pretty sure she's also seen Bend It. Next Goal Wins is apparently not that good. I also despise the director, so that's a no from me. Haven't seen any of the Football films you mentioned. Any Given Sunday is the only one I'm interested in.

Shehab Dawoud

HOOP DREAMS and HOOSIERS would both be amazing for basketball films. For Soccer/Futbol, I could see VICTORY or BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM being worthy. NEXT GOAL WINS should be hitting streaming soon and that would qualify as well. For football (American football), I'd suggest THE LONGEST YARD (original), M.A.S.H., SEMI-TOUGH, and maybe NORTH DALLAS FORTY. For other, maybe ROLLERBALL. If nothing else, ROLLERBALL was about 80% correct in terms of predicting the future...

Matt Rose

Well, another week with nothing to look forward to for me. It happens, hopefully it’s the last time. I might as well pitch an idea instead. We got some pretty big sporting events coming up next month. One is of course the Super Bowl. I’m not a fan of American Football but I always watch the SB. So, leading up to it, I’d love to see a reaction to Any Given Sunday! It’s not really a great film, but it features a stacked cast and an Al Pacino carry job where he delivers one of the greatest movie speeches of all time. I think you’ve seen all the other big ones, so that’s the one that’s missing. The other big event is the NBA All-Star weekend. I think it’s about time that we get a Basketball poll going. I mean, we’ve seen pretty much every sport on the channel other than the two biggest ones (Fútbol & Hoops) for crying out loud. Some of my favorites: White Men Can’t Jump, Blue Chips, Above The Rim, He Got Game, The Way Back (2020), & Hustle (2022). All very different films, with different environments/levels, themes, genres. You could also throw in some films like Uncut Gems and Air, which aren’t Basketball films per se, but where the sport plays a big role. Hoping we can get it this time 🤞🏻 Happy new year!

Shehab Dawoud

I am certainly willing to second that! :-P

Happy Hanukkah

She's already seen it.

Carol_White

If you mean that right off the bat, you get stuck with a message like "web server is down," then access the site through: https://popcornrequests.com (eliminating the "www.")

Happy Hanukkah

Surely Shatner is her homie...

Happy Hanukkah

That's one I've been waiting for too.

Katie Jackson

Happy new year!

Ginko

Nope, they wanted her out, well certainly Shatner wanted her gone, and so the producers low balled her.

John Liebling

Hey Cassie, I sentcha a copy of The Princess Bride. Please react to it for you Valentine's Day release. It's an action, comedy, romance movie that everyone would recommend.

Don Dunco

Years ago I stopped with the traditional NY resolutions and just told myself... Don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff. I've been so much happier ever since. :D Wishing all of you a 2024 free from worries.

Roger Hagerty

Dearest Cassie, did you receive a Xmas gift?

Lamar Smith

I have heard that Kirstie Alley priced herself out of the franchise. Who knows how her career may have turned out if she had gone with the flow & stayed away from the coke?

Steven M.

Happy New Year! Gonna ask for A Classic Horror poll again. You knew it was coming!

Richard Maurer

To avoid confusion, on ST3, the female Vulcan from the previous movie Lt. Saavik, was played by a different actress here on this one. Kirstie Alley was good, but I think Robin Curtis was better suited for the part.

Shawn Kildal

I suggest watching Star Trek (2009) (w/Chris Pine).

Clay F

Same

Clay F

Working out as punishment, oooofff! I feel that.

Kevin Kuma

I like this idea! Although that means I’ll have to wait about 15 months to see the reaction to one of my favorites…Mr. Holland’s Opus, which is currently #15. Unless, of course, it gets picked in one of the polls as the winner or runner up 🤞.

Dan M

Please hold the Trek movies when you reach Generations and until after you have watched the Next Generation series (and not just key episodes). You won't regret it.

Andrew Ramos

Yay! So excited to watch ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE with you! It was my favorite film of last year (strangely, it and 2 other animated movies were my top 3 films of 2023 [the other 2 were SUZUME and HOW DO YOU LIVE? {THE BOY AND THE HERON}]).

sarCC

It's on her letterboxd. Must have watched it before the channel

Robin T

Those are some good goals. I definitely plan to roll with the punches or at least try to do MORE of that. While I wouldn't lose any sleep over this I'm always of the opinion that youtube should have no voting power- as thats one of the perks of being here. And 3rd Annual POPPIES already? Dang last year flew by.

My_Cousin_Mose

"-getting into the things my kids are into" As a parent myself this hits hard. SO important! "-mindless scrolling" This too. Ugh lol "-saving %%" ...Saving percentages?? 🤣

Robin T

New Year's resolutions? Me? How about I resolve to make it to 2025 unscathed?

Jeffrey Schmidbauer

I, and my like minded Patreons called it! Cassie fell in love with the TOS characters and she's now a Trekie! I knew she'd just naturally want to watch the rest of the films to see what happens. But Cass!!! Remember to stop BEFORE watching the Star Trek movie "Generations". That's the film that crosses over to the next TV series so you'll need to watch those key episodes before continuing. P.S.: Since TOS is 3 seasons and you watched 4 episodes, The Next Generation is 7 seasons so you need to watch a minimum of 8 episodes!

Todzilla

Wait, did Cassie watch Into the Spider-verse on the channel already? You know Across the Spider-verse is a sequel, right?

D.M. Lipkin

I like this idea, Katie. Cassie did say that she would be watching "Rahmbow" in 2024, but it would be great if she took whatever was number one on the request page a few times this year.

Mark Vaderr

For what it’s worth, I think that’s an excellent idea.

Just Plain Bob

Well, Maria Bello does have a lovely head. Apropos Bello, I will once again mention one of her earliest movies, Duets (2000). Among the ensemble cast: Andre Braugher, Paul Giamatti, Huey Lewis, Gwyneth Paltrow, Scott Speedman.

Happy Hanukkah

For the PIB request page maybe we could do the number 1 movie every month. So right now it's Beverly Hills Cop. You could add that to the rotation for the month. Then the next month whatever's in first place(probably First Blood, currently in second place). Just an idea. I do still like doing polls for each page of the PIB request too (like 1-50 or 51-100)

Katie Jackson

I can’t get the popcorn requests site to work. The one that @planner made. Anyone else having trouble with that site?

Audrey

1868-1875? Don't be daft, man! There were no films at the time. Even if we're overly generous and include chronophotography, that wasn't before 1878. Yes, :-P (I also wish to let y'all know that I have amazing psychic powers. I was somehow able to divine what movie I might find there without even looking! I amaze even myself. :-) )

Happy Hanukkah

"Whoopsadaisy" You've got beautiful blonde ringlets, little girl. :-) Still working on reducing guilt? It's been almost a year since you were provided with foolproof advice! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWIutvcQAIE&t=49s "not ok." :-( but really and deplorably :-) Home Free's rendition of Auld Lang Syne: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFcSfqYqHs4

Happy Hanukkah

Won't argue that.

Brian McGovern

Maria Bello is a fox but she's no Evelyn.

Mario

Happy New Year Cassie! Here in the UK, a lot of us ring in the new year by watching Jools Holland's Hootenanny music show on BBC2. And at midnight every new years day, they bring out a wonderful rendition of Auld Lang Syne. This is a clip from their 2022 show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X67yP6zckEo

JONATHAN REDFERN WILLIAMS

Across the Spider-Verse is probably my favorite movie of the year … but did you see Into the Spider-Verse? I don’t remember it being on the channel.

Brian Harris

In case it had not been brought up, Michelle Yeoh is in the last The Mummy movie. Rachel Weiz I'd not unfortunately, and it does tend to suffer because of it still it is a decent end to the franchise. Not the greatest though.

Brian McGovern

She's boldly going where no Cassie has gone before.

John Liebling

Hope for Trek 3? That would be telling and we won’t tell!

Mike LL

I still it would be fun watching Cassie and Carly react to 1980s Bruce Willis Moonlighting adventures with Cybil Shepard. The witty banter is great.

John Liebling

I vote for two different polls one, a short list of Gene Kelly movies and short list of Fred Astaire movies. Three from each please. Well, I am not greedy, one at a time would be good. You've seen how it feels watching one Star Trek, and here you are with a number of TV and films under your belt. Musicals are the only genre you haven't yet tried, but I know it will leave you with a warm, smiling, family entertainment feeling. Guaranteed to wash away any guilty feeling. Cassie continues to respect great talent, and Fred and Gene are exceptional dancers.

John Liebling

I wish you luck and patience, Cassie. Question for you.....Since "Ransom", "Star Trek II" & "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" were released on Patreon and not yet on YouTube, do they qualify for the upcoming Poppies, or are they considered to be 2024 releases? I only ask because I'm going to make my Poppies Wish List, and want to be sure that I have every qualifying reaction to be accurate. :)

Mark Vaderr

Love your videos!

Charles Mitchell

A couple things- 1-Any chance for, oh I don't know, just pulling random numbers out of my head... an 1868-1875 poll? 2-Has your bestie Tom committed to a presenter spot for the Poppies? I had a third, but what it was, who knows. Oh! Organization- Marie Kondo! I love her book and both her shows. She was a bit extreme, but there are some good ideas there.

Mike Lemon

Happy New Year. The answer is probably no, but is there any chance we can start polling movies outside of the top 100? The polls only feature around 8-10 movies at a time (with one or two maybe getting a reaction) which barely seem to be chipping away at the list. As it stands now, it could be literal years before a serious dent can be made on that list and we start seeing the line move. And with movies so far down the totem poll, it almost feels pointless to try to suggest any film (and if you do, hope it's already in the top 100).

Mario

Across the Spider-Verse is by far my personal favourite film of the year so super excited for that and the sequel releasing this year.

LittleGalaxyBoy

Happy New Year to you Cassie, your family and fellow patrons.

Stuart Guthrie Jr.

DM guilt should definitely not be a thing. That's an impossible task.

Andrew Ramos

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Matthew Dunham

well this is gonna be a banner week. Oh, and Cassie? Remember how you loved the score for ST2? You're really gonna love the score in ST3.

Matt Rose

Thanks for this, Cassie! God bless! And, oh yes most gracious requests for: TIN CUP (Kevin Costner and Rene Russo) TO CATCH A THIEF (Cary Grant, Grace Kelly and directed by Alfred Hitchcock) GET SHORTY (John Travolta, Rene Russo, Gene Hackman and Danny DeVito) BABY DRIVER (Lily James, Ansel Elgort, Jamie Foxx and John Hamm) RED (Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Helen Miren, Mary-Louise Parker) SILVERADO (Kevin Costner, Kevin Kline, Jeff Goldblum, Scott Glenn, Danny Glover) KISS KISS, BANG BANG (Robert Downey Jr, Michelle Monaghan, Val Kilmer) THE LONG KISS GOODNIGHT (Geena Davis, Samuel L Jackson)

Above Average Dave

OMG, Star Trek and Contact in one week. This year is truly off to a great start!

Pickupthepieces76

Happy New Year Cassie, love and support, God bless you Carly and your family 🥰😁😉😇🙏👍🌹

Wesley White

Anxiously waiting for Shop Around the Corner. When’s that coming? Also, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is far more than just a martial arts film. It’s a romance film, a deep look at Chinese culture and philosophy, relationshipmoral traditions and ethics, etiquette. History. Also of self identity. One of my all time favorite films. Zhang ziyi gets a lot of love and she’s great but I always connected more with the delicate relationship between Michelle Yeoh and Chow Yun Fat’s characters. I also share the same birthday as Chow Yun Fat, and Michelle Yeoh is brilliant.
