Great movie! (Great reaction) A year or two after seeing the movie I was surprised to see the "Ghost and the Darkness" on display at Chicago's Natural History Museum. I had forgotten the last line of the movie. My wife said my jaw actually dropped.

Additionally “Man Eater” is used for any predator that has a propensity for killing and eating humans. You mentioned you enjoyed movies about engineers, there is a good war movie about Australian Engineers/Tunnelers during WW1 called “ Beneath Hill 60”

Amazing to think how these two lions terrorized so many people. Incredible story, and I think the movie does a good job with two great lead actors.
