Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) - Full Reaction

Comments

They patterned Eliot Carver over Fox Exec Rupert Murdoch.

JPDotCom23

You guys missed seeing the final installment of Q. Desmond Llewelyen died shortly after shooting his scenes for 'The World Is Not Enought'.

JPDotCom23

Michelle Yeoh is beautiful and a damn good actor. In 2016, I spent 4 days in Hanoi-- 2 in the French Quarter and 2 in the Old Quarter. We wanted to go to Halong Bay, but instead went to Ninh Bình. I would have liked to seen Halle Berry and her bathing suit as Jinx, but Die Another Day (2002) didn't win the poll. Berry's Jinx was a popular Barbie doll.

Clay F

This is another one of my 90's 007 favorites! Ya know there was also a PS1 game of this and in it you actually find Paris Carver alive. Anyway the next one is THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH!!!

Brandon Gibbs

Nice little story. ^^^ I am looking forward to seeing both of you react to the D Craig J Bond movies. While I have been a Bond fan for as long as I can remember - I think the reboot definitely took Bond to the next level.

ENC SW DV Rush

Why on Earth would you take any James Bond film seriously?

Bobby_Z24

I've always found the villain to be a little preposterous. How much money did he spend creating the most advanced submarine ever created, as well as technology that can fool both the British and Chinese militaries, as well as employ hundreds if not thousands of soldiers, including a full arsenal of British and Chinese missiles and ammunition... and yet the pay-off is he'll get exclusive broadcasting rights in China? There is no way he is coming out even on that. He would have been better off just blackmailing people with information, than start WW3. Not to mention his ultra hokey performance, or that he got his wealth from starting as a journalist in Hong Kong....What? Or, 70% of the action scenes are 900 guys shooting machine guns at Brosnan, and somehow miss, but Brosnan has 3 rounds and kills 3 people. Or, somehow, Michelle Yeoh is inside the sunk British ship, under the ocean, at the exact same time as Bond? This isn't a commonly visited place here, what are the odds? Or Yeoh's earring took 7 seconds to remove the handcuffs, but for some reason she doesn't do that until after they are chased by a helicopter while handcuffed on a motorcycle. Or the entire premise of the movie, rests on the idea of General Chang, a guy we see for 3 seconds with no dialogue. Even the open scene, Brosnan is posing on top of a plane with 100 dudes shooting at him, and they all miss? Or somehow, 100 dudes unloading magazines onto his jet with nuclear weapons, still flies, no problem? It's just really hard for me to take this movie seriously.

Hat

He's the best Bond and this is the best Bond film, IMO. Fun/intense opening scene. Cool story plot concept with the decoders. Awesome chase scene, cool turn of the century tech, amazing villain, favorite Bond girl, and that sweet stealth ship.

Bobby_Z24

So, all the odd # Daniel Craig movies are loved, all the even ones are bad.

Hat

Well I’m there a lot, especially on the weekends at the time I saw her. Next time I’ll try to get up the nerve to respectfully introduce myself and say hello … or at least do my best to not have another Mentos commercial-esque interaction. 🥸

Rollo Tomassi

haha she loved it, promise! I love it!!

Cassie

I really enjoyed this reaction! You two never cease to make me laugh, smile, and enjoy your reactions together! I must say though, I'm surprised to hear you both say that this is possibly both your favorite Bond film up to this point, but hey, to each is own! Goldeneye will forever be my favorite no matter what, this one is actually my second favorite lol! Now, if I'm gonna be honest, I haven't seen every single James Bond film up to this point even though I'm a fan! I don't know, I just never really had any desire to watch all of them! I've seen all four Brosnan Bond films and love them all, and he's my favorite Bond! Maybe I'm just being bias, but that's just how I feel! With all the Bond films I've seen in my lifetime, I cannot say which one is the weakest link in the franchise! However I will agree with one thing that many Bond fans always say, and that is the late great Sir Sean Connery is the best Bond of them all, hands down! I'm a little surprised at you Cassie, you didn't recognize the main villain Elliot Carver played by Jonathan Price, he was in the first three Pirates of the Caribbean films, he played Governer Weatherby Swan, Elizabeth Swan's father, I thought you would've recognized him lol! I must say, and I humbly say this as a compliment towards Carly, she was looking rather lovely during this reaction, I just couldn't help by notice, not to worry though and out of respect, you miss Cassie always look lovely lol😁 Really enjoyed this reaction, I do hope you both plan on watching the rest of the Bond films in the future, there's still plenty more to watch! Looking forward to seeing you both react to more films in the future, hope you eventually got my message about my poll idea for voting, I'm so hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that you two will watch and react to Iron Will someday, that is a reaction I'd give anything to see you two watch one of my favorite childhood Disney films, sorry I keep bringing that up lol! Much love and support to you both, have a happy Monday, you two are the best, and as always....... stay classy Cassie🥰😁😉👍

Wesley White

Michelle Yeoh is drop dead GORGEOUS in this movie 😍

Snapjaw

Funny story … I watched this “along” with the PIB fam this afternoon then went for a run. When I finished my run at … well, let’s just say a park somewhere in Utah … who do I run into???? Carly! I yelled out, “heyyyyy, popcorn in bed! I love it!,” as I held up the ok sign with my hand. 🤦‍♂️ I had an embarrassment fever for like an hour after that, although, she did seem equally as embarrassed that I recognized her. Anyway, she came across as the salt of the earth, genuine person that she also does so often here. Thanks for tolerating my dork out, Carly! :)

Rollo Tomassi

I'll never forget seeing this in theaters on the day it came out. It was after a half-day of school which started Christmas break. This movie was released on the same day as TITANIC, which I saw later that night (10:30pm show or something which ended at 2AM!).

SeanATX

Nice reaction ladies! Although I wouldn’t say it was my favorite Bond movie, it was a good one. Pierce definitely made the role his in this one. I know you guys are done with the Brosnan Bond films, but I really do think you should watch the Thomas Crown Affair (1999). I think you and Carly would like it. Bring on Mr. Craig!

Robert da Spruce

What a wonderful Saturday night treat. Watched it right away. Great reaction as always. With the exception of LICENSE TO KILL (1989), I watched all of the 007 movies in the theater upon release starting with THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS (1987). You broke my heart when you didn't think the BMW 750iL was cool enough. Back in the day, we gasped at the sight of it (ah, the 90's...good times). It's almost the same car Nicholas Van Orton (Michael Douglas) drives in THE GAME (1997). My favorite bit in your reaction was when you thought Carver (the villain) was gonna headbutt his wife.

Ramzi M. A. Ramzi

I must admit, I was surprised by how well this film aged. It suffers from the extreme product placement they were doing during this era of Bond, but I'm okay with the BMW/Avis stuff cause anything that gets Major Boothroyd out of Q Branch and into the field warms my heart.

Brian Pelts

You should watch the next one too honestly it’s also really good.

Alex Gorell

Absolutely. I couldn't believe Cassie was dissing the 7 series.

Canadianant

I'm not sure "Oh, shoot" is the new "Fetch!" I'm not sure it will catch on, might be too plain! 😂

MikeLL

Who’s Hartley?

Tim Raths

Also, for a man like Carver with a huge EGO, having everyone think he committed suicide, would probably be the worst thing he could think of for people to remember him for. Way worse than being remembered for an Evil Maniac.

Larry Darrell

Fun movie. Brosnan is always entertaining. I feel his best Bond movies were Goldeneye and The World is not Enough. Great Reaction Ladies. Carly shocked me when she threw an Oh Crap out there. That's the harshest language I have ever heard her use. She is getting hardcore.

Rick Williams

This one was always a little too product placement and gadget happy for me, but Michelle Yeoh being awesome makes it very watchable. Either way, I'm glade you guys enjoyed it. Daniel Craig is definitely my favorite Bond, and I'm looking forward to Casino Royale.

Steve Mercier

All I'm going to say is I am liking the newer Bonds more. Both Cassie and Carly I hope you feel better soon. Continued success and please have fun with what you do. Everyone is awesome and hope you all have great weekend and lives ✌️✌️✌️🖖🖖

David Freese

You and Hartley we're great. I think you're going to enjoy the rest of these bonds.

Tonio

One of these Bond actresses (don’t remember which) joked years later how awkward Pierce Brosnan kisses. He bites! And it is weirdly obvious to me in this movie after hearing that. LOL. What’s up with that, Pierce? Last film introduced me to Dame Judi Dench. This movie introduced me to Michelle Yeoh, another phenomenal actress. Great reaction! - Carly feel better.

Ike

Heck yeah, this one always got a bad rap.

Jim Frykman

There are so many appearances in this film by actors in bit parts that would later go on to be leading actors. In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it shot, Gerard Butler plays one of the bridge crew on the HMS Devonshire at the beginning. The British Minister of Defence was played by Julian Fellowes who went on to create, write, and produce Downton Abbey. Then you have both Hugh Bonneville and Brendon Coyle on the HMS Chester near the end, who went on to star in Downton Abbey as Lord Grantham and Bates, Lord Grantham's Valet, respectively. The other fun connection is Geoffrey Palmer, who plays Admiral Roebuck. He co-starred with Judi Dench (M) on a BBC romantic comedy series called As Time Goes By from 1992-2005: "Army officer Lionel Hardcastle and nurse Jean Pargeter had a three-month affair in 1953. After Lionel is posted to Korea, the two lose touch when Lionel's letter to Jean fails to get delivered. Thirty-eight years later, they meet again. A sweetly charming situation comedy that ran for nine seasons. Best enjoyed with your feet up and with a cup of tea and some custard tarts at your side."

Jesus F Christ

when I posted I liked Pierce Brosnan OO7, that was when I had the most hate from the other PiB folks

zynjams

This was always my favorite as well, I like goldeneye as the first "Modern Era" bond but this one entertains me more. His later ones fell off for me. I wish yall had watched moonraker, jaws returns and he has a good part of the story.

Bubba Fett

I prefer Goldeneye and The World is not enough when it comes to Brosnan but I do have a nostalgic place in my heart for this movie. It's arguably the only true 90s Bond movie ever made. Goldeneye is more late 80s/early 90s in style, TWINE was a 'return to basics' style of Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies is the perfect representation of what made the cheesy action films of the mid-late 90s so fun. Over-the-top villain, fast paced action, and commentary bordering on Satire. The villain, Elliot Carver, and his media empire was a parody of Richard Murdoch and his media empire which includes Fox News.

James Keller

GoldenEye is a classic. This is one of the weaker Bond movies for me. Especially in the beginning Carver is just so over the top as a bad guy. Brosnan did a fine job but to me none of the other Brosnan Bond movies come close to Goldeneye.

Eric

This time through the movies I did notice how strange the gun barrel music sounded at the start of GOLDENEYE, and how much better and traditional the gun barrel music was in this movie. Much better.

MikeLL

Do the reactions seem like they get better and better? Yes they do! I did vote for this movie in the poll, not because I can actually tell whether Tomorrow Never Dies or The World Is Not Enough is the better movie, its just that I like Michelle Yeoh so much in this and I like the team up between James Bond and Wai Lin. CASSIE: and CARLY: I really would, and I think everyone else would really like to hear your thoughts on the evolution of James Bond through the years. What did you think of the early movies vs the later movies. What did you think of the different James Bonds, how would you rank them, and what were their strengths and weaknesses? I wish you would share your thoughts in depth on this subject. Whenever you like, even if it is after all the Daniel Craig films and however you would like, whether it is in a reaction video, or it might be a good subject for a future video on your potential second channel. Super curious!

MikeLL

Yes indeed it is time.

MikeLL

I feel so vindicated as a Tomorrow Never Dies fan that this one was your favorite. I've been getting crapped on for years saying this is my favorite in the whole series.

Rick

This came out the same weekend as Titanic. I saw this one first. 😀

Johnny Salinas

i think we’re going to come back to it

Cassie

Little side trivia: Pierce Brosnan's first wife and his daughter both had the same type of cancer (ovarian) and both sadly passed. I tend to think that's why he started doing a lot of love story movies... he likes to keep the love alive.

Nathan Jasper, the Artist Formerly Known as Primary

Also, the fact that you've started to observe that they frequently kill a woman (and sometimes a man) in a Bond film means that you are becoming familiar with the "sacrificial lamb" trope, a storytelling device that often gets used to both emphasize how evil the villain is and provide extra motivation for the hero to take them down. Often these sacrificial lambs' sole purpose in the narrative is simply to die. The Masterson girls in GOLDFINGER, Saunders in LIVING DAYLIGHTS, Della in LICENCE TO KILL, Paris here... and even in non-Bond films like Takagi in DIE HARD. They all did their part for the greater good of the story/hero's journey.

Stick Figure Studios

They really do. It was no surprise to me at all to learn they didn't get along too well on set.

Stick Figure Studios

Another great reaction! Alright, now you've seen a movie with Michelle Yeoh and True Lies with Jamie Lee Curtis so it's time for the movie they both won Oscars for, Everything Everywhere All At Once.

PapaXan

Not one of my favorite Bond films (mostly because I think there's just too much action and not enough story/plot; it just becomes a bit mechanical and monotonous after a while), but there's still much to like here. Glad you enjoyed it. I still think Brosnan's best is GOLDENEYE, but this is fun nonetheless. You really should see the third one THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH sometime. I think you'll like it even more than this one (and it has Desmond Llewellyn's final appearance as Q). At any rate, now on to Daniel Craig whose movies I think you'll be able to appreciate much more now having a familiarity with Bond's cinematic history. Just remember that this is now actually a *different* Bond than the previous ones. CASINO ROYALE reboots the continuity, so this is the "alternate timeline" Bond you were mistakenly thinking the others were. Don't be confused by the inclusion of Judi Dench again. She is not playing the same "M" that she played for Brosnan (in GOLDENEYE she was a new head of MI6 while Bond was an already established agent; in CASINO ROYALE, she's been M since the Cold War and Bond is a new agent).

Stick Figure Studios

At the end of the day, Bond is supposed to be a fun filled, entertaining, not overly serious action movie, IMO. Glad you both liked it.

Steve Barrett

Ehr... TND grossed 339 million worldwide where the previous one Goldeneye grossed 356 million. Sure it's 17 million less which is about 5% lower, but to simply say it was because of Titanic is a bit of a stretch. If you ask me TND did slightly worse then Goldeneye, simply because after Goldeneye many found TND a bit disappointing or just not as good. Word of mouth around Goldeneye was very strong, with TND not so much. Besides that Titanic and 007 were not really competing over the same audiences, so I don't see why one should say TND got crushed, it did pretty ok, just nothing special box-office wise.

davidov

Watching Tomorrow Never Dies as a kid, I enjoyed it for the action, the gadgets, the one-liners, the Bond girls. Basically, all the Bond trademarks. 😁 Watching it now, I still love all of those things but the story itself has aged very well. Using words and the media to manipulate and shape the world. That concept has become increasingly more prevalent everyday. An interesting fact. When M is talking about Carver and how he "died" aboard his yacht, saying he "committed suicide". That's a reference to media mogul and business man Robert Maxwell who, in 1991, died under mysterious circumstances in the Canary Islands aboard his yacht, The Lady Ghislaine. Named after his youngest daughter, Ghislaine Maxwell. (Yes, that Ghislaine Maxwell)

Zane From Canada

They have always been great at that. Cassie from the start would start a thought and then hold on to it until a more opportune time. A lot of reactors could learn from her imo.

Cole Jennett

I'm so glad this one did well enough in the poll, I don't think it gets enough love. Michelle Yeoh is fantastic and a great partner for Bond, Jonathan Pryce was clearly having a lot of fun as the villain, and the opening sequence at the arms dealer gathering was fantastic. Plus, as much as I love GoldenEye, I think its biggest flaw was that the music didn't feel "Bond-y" enough. This one brought the classic Bond sound back to the score, which I appreciated. Plus, the idea of a supervillain manipulating the news media feels even more relevant today than it did back then.

Patrick Egan

Not surprised at all that this was your favorite. The plot on this one is great and the pairing up with Brosnan and Yeoh is fantastic. Also, and this can't be stressed enough: TND has an actual soundtrack to it vs the bleeps/bloops of the atonal Eric Serra score that we suffered through in GE. I think the action is overall better in GE but almost everything else is superior in TND.

Matt Rose

Cassie - love the braids. Great reaction you two. PB is the best bond IMO.

Steve Barrett

It was always going to be with the Bond polls that some would say that there were better movies that were not chosen as the top two. That happened with all three Bond polls, Connery, Moore and Brosnan. Personally, I think the Connery poll was the most spot on, with the two winners there correctly picking the two best Connery movies. But of course this is all just subjective opinion. 😋 This debate will rage on and never end.

MikeLL

Nooooooo you really need to do The World is not Enough.

mattosh79

As I said it before, it is fun seeing you having so much fun with Bond. 😄 Also, based on how much you like Brosnan's suave, witty jokes and one-liners I think you would have had a great time with the later Moore entries as well. I always felt Brosnan played the character very similar to Moore, with a sense of humor and dry wit, often delivering his witty one-liners and quips in the face of danger and showing a more playful, confident and charismatic side of Bond. This is certainly an action-packed entry in the franchise and a very fast paced movie. I think it is also its weakness too, because the plot itself is kind of weak and is mainly there to move the characters from one action scene to the next. But it certainly has some highlights too. One thing is the music. David Arnold did a great job and delivered a very classic Bondian score with a lot of familiar tunes. The other thing is Michelle Yeoh's Wai Lin, who is definitely one of the best Bond girls. I always felt the premise of XXX in THE SPY WHO LOVED ME never actually delivered and she was just another more or less typical Bond girl. But Wai Lin's character really lives up to its full potential. She is a more than capable spy on her own and in some aspects, like her martial arts skills, even outshines Bond. Plus, they have a great chemistry with Brosnan. On previous watches I always considered the plot and the villain to be a bit implausible. But even before Cassie mentioned it, I also started thinking about the same thing. This fictional scenario has some parallels with the polarized media landscape of today, where some media outlets and platforms are being used spreading misinformation, propaganda, and building up alternate realities just for the sake of viewership, profit or the agenda of their owner. This movie might be more relevant today than ever before, raising important questions about the role and responsibility of the media in shaping public discourse and world events. Interesting that Carly mentioned Steve Jobs as a potential inspiration for Carver. I can certainly see that, but the timing doesn't really work. He took back Apple the same year, 1997. But maybe it was indeed Jobs taking some inspiration from this movie. 😄 Looking forward to your take on Casino Royale. A quick reminder: the Craig movies are a full reboot of the continuity. So even though you will see some reprising their role, those will not be the same character as before. I know, it is complicated. 😄😄😄

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

Richard Maurer

Can’t go wrong with Michelle Yeoh. You’d be amazed at the spectacular things she gets up to in her Hong Kong action movies. Might be time for some king fu.

Mr Trick

"I thought he was going to headbutt her" Cassie, you never disappoint ! Oh and that era of BMW 750 is a highly desirable car, back when BMW were genuinely premium vehicles

John Drake

Before the internet became widely popular a great deal of communication in Hollywood was by fax machine. And it was actually a smudge on a fax sent to the studio that got the title “Tomorrow Never Lies” approved as “Tomorrow Never Dies.” The producers tried to explain how the title was related to the name of the villain’s paper “Tomorrow” and it was also a riff on the lesser-known Beatles song “Tomorrow Never Knows,” but the studio liked the title they mistakenly approved much better. Even though it makes no sense. If “Tomorrow Never Dies” Bond must fight a long day or something. 😊

Steve Holton

It's the way he was laughing five minutes after discovering Paris's body for me...

ShazD

This is the first Bond movie I saw in Theatres. As an 11 year old, I loved the experience. Espercially the start with the missile going through the mountains. I do think I like this one more than GoldenEye as well. I also love the Soundtrack. I am curious what you think about the Daniel Craig version. Though I do wish you would watch The World is Not Enough as well, since that is Q's last moment before the actor died..

Avastrasza

For me this was an example of a Bond movie having too many stunts and too much action.

ShazD

The thing I really like about the way Cassie and Carly watch these movies is they don't do alot of extraneoous talking over the film like some reactors. They pay attention and pick up nuanced plot points that make it easy to follow. Can't wait until World Is Not Enough which is my favorite Brosnan.

sharkey197

Well then I guess I'll be watching this. Thanks for the heads-up.

Carol_White

I definitely like Goldeneye better, but this is a good one and James Bond is subjective. There really is no wrong answer. I think Brosnan is the second best Bond (to me he's a good balance of Moore and Connery). Craig is my personal favorite and I do think his films are among the best. Looking forward to those reactions1

Walter

This movie is a top five Bond movie for me. Due the years I am preferring this movie over Goldeneye, because Tomorrow Never Dies is so much fun!! The soundtrack by David Arnold is one of the best of the series and the chemistry between Pierce Brosnan and Michelle Yeoh is perfect. Thank you for watching!

Rinus007

You liked it more than Goldeneye?! CANCELLED (jk) ;)

Odd Thomas

I hadn't seen this since I was a kid and I quite enjoyed it on rewatch, felt like a sort of 90s take on the spy who loved me.

Choof

The stunts are decent, it's just everything else is meh. Brosnan and Hatcher have the chemistry of two wax apples.

Odd Thomas

For me my fav Brosnan bonds are Goldeneye and The world is not enough. My Tomorrow never dies was the when Brosnan found his stride with the character and the balance of tech and old school gadgets was perfect. I watched this a lot when it came out VHS, I remember purchasing an ex rental copy from Blockbusters months before it’s general sale release! I miss the Blockbuster days! I would love for you guys to finish off the Brosnan Bonds with The World is not enough, I think it would be crazy to skip it!

Biggman83

Fun Fact: Bond's hotel room is the inside of the Golf Club we saw in Goldfinger. I'm hyped about you both entering the Daniel Craig Era. I think he's the best Bond portrayal but most of his movies could have been better written.

ROBERT CLARK

The worst thing that happened for this movie was its release date. It just so happened to be released the same weekend as little-known movie called Titanic. Needless to say, it got crushed at the box office.

Shawn Kildal

I didn't think much of it in '97 but I'm interested to see it again. Nostalgia tends to improve things. As for the Craig films they are all good to varying degrees. Quantum gets a bad rap but there are some of my favourite stunts in it. Casino Royale is my favourite of all the bonds and Skyfall a close second.

Odd Thomas

I think Cassie and Carly liked the very strong female agent. Big action moive, yes. All 5 of Daniel Craig? Wow, bonus. The odd numbered Daniel Craig movies are the best IMHO.

Richard Bourne

Jurisprudence is well worth any efficiency loss when it comes to international politics

Jim Frykman

Thinking of that popular Anakin and Padmé meme: Padmé: Cassie is going to cover THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, right? Anakin: blank stare Padmé (nervously): Cassie is going to cover THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH, right?!?! Anakin: blank stare

Alex Villarreal

Dr. Kaufman was the angry ghost on the subway in GHOST. Also, you might spot a familiar face on the British ship toward the end. His name was Michael Byrne, and he played an evil character in THE LAST CRUSADE, a creep in BRAVEHEART, and Horace Greeley in GANGS OF NEW YORK. I think M had them say the villain committed suicide because that way his stock prices would tank, making his media empire less powerful.

Ben Livingstone

I always forget Ricky Jay is in this. The heavy set older gentleman with the beard. He’s maybe the best close up magician and playing card manipulator who ever lived.

djKENTO

I thought the film was just mid. Mostly because the film barely has a plot holding the whole thing together. It’s just an excuse to have action scene after action scene which is why this is the second shortest bond behind quantum of solace. Granted good action scenes but I think you could see the rails coming off just a bit especially with the ridiculous one liners which would crank up to eleven in die another day. As just something to watch on a rainy night yeah I would. But I think goldeneye is superior. And of course Casino Royale is the best one of them all. Can’t wait to see what you think about that.

Night King01

This is fun! But boy I can’t wait for casino royal!! Warning the second Daniel Craig/bond movie might be the weakest cuz of the writer strike at the time. But they all get better after that

TinCan Cosmanaut

This is probably the Brosnan movie I’ve seen least over the years. Not sure why, I enjoyed it at the time. I guess for me it was more a generic 90s action movie than a classic Bond film, but it was entertaining enough. The villain is probably more believable today than he was at the time. (I hope one day you’ll watch Brosnan’s 3rd movie, The World Is Not Enough - along with a 3rd of Connery and Moore. I slightly prefer it to this one and I think you’d enjoy seeing Desmond Llewelyn’s final appearance as Q.) Anyway on to Daniel Craig. The only thing to remember is, it’s ok to forget everything up to now. New Bond, new timeline.

James UK

I watched this one in theaters so many times, and watched it exhaustively on VHS, and DVD soonafter. So excited for this reaction.

Alex Villarreal

Other good movie by the same director is The 6th Day (2000). Its scifi action starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Marko T.

I was looking forward to you seeing this one. Michelle Yeoh and Brosnan have excellent chemistry. And the villain played by Jonathan Pryce as the mad media mogul reminds me very much of the nut bag billionaires trying to play god we have today. The twats and foxes and are going to destroy us all, if we let them. Anyway, the thing I enjoyed most about this film was the traditional Bond music was played throughout. This is a Bond movie.

Patrick Reynolds

I have to mention a little fun fact but the original title was tomorrow never lies referencing the name of carvers newspaper being called tomorrow. Ironic because he always lies. However a typo happened and they liked the name tomorrow never dies more which is why the title makes no sense in relation to the movie.

Night King01

This is the point when I guess bond started turning into a sociopath, because he is saying one liners when no one else there. Lol he’s talking to the audience.

Night King01

BEST BOND GIRL!!! Let’s gooooo

djKENTO

Great movie. This has one of my favorite pre-title sequences and theme songs.
