There is a female version of John Wick. The movie was called Peppermint with Jennifer Garner it didn't get good reviews. But it was voted most liked on Netflix.

But yeah, I watched the first and 2nd and that's all I need to see. I liked them but, not enough to watch someone react to them or anything.

The first John Wick film... it was a very simple revenge action film. Very little to the story...just a shoot-em-up. I like Keanu, but that wasn't enough to get me interested in any of the sequels.

He goes out of his way to help him, and is the only person that calls him "Johnathan". There are more reasons as well, but they would be spoilers for JW3, so I won't mention them here. :)

The same steps are sometimes called the five stages of Death. The theory is more or less that each movie is more or less the lead up to the end of John Wick's life. The downward spiral it took after his wife died.
