Upcoming and hi...

Hey friends, 

I want to start off with of course paying tribute on this day 9/11 and those who lost their lives and who lost loved ones. I loved seeing posts on friends pages the last few days and remembering and seeing people come together to mourn and never forget. I ended up clicking and finding an archive of stories, for about an hour I read and sobbed on my bed. There is that quote about how so many people (workers, travelers, first responders) went to bed the night of September 10th not knowing that their and their families lives would never be the same, and every time that hits me so hard. Even though I was in Canada at the time, the days and time following really did feel unifying. Stories of helpers, service and bravery came out that I will never forget.

I also wanted to pay respect to my British friends, well all of us of course are saddened, as we lost The Queen this week. It is remarkable how probably none of us have known a world without her, it seemed she had a life of leadership, respect and sacrifice.

I am sorry I did a switcharoo last week and you got Prey instead of MI5. Carly found out some things last minute so we had to pull an audible ;) (did that work there?) Carly claimed it as her favorite so far, and I made us hold our breath for as long as we could in the outro so that will be this week as well as.....

Ok after a lot of you commented I AM going to watch the 1938 Robin Hood, just not sure if it will be a reaction or not before I dive into these three! Are we having fun? Into this? I'm looking forward to it. 

Thank you so much for all your comments on the idea of a Classics poll! I am going to set that up for next week and I think will watch the TWO winners in October to break some of the scary-but-not-too-scary films (poll coming for that too)

This was a weird week for me in the sense that negative comments that usually roll off my back, I could not let go-enter self doubt and imposter syndrome spiraling. But when that happens I just think about you guys, my patreon community and I know bla bla bla but seriously thank you for your encouragement, friendship, suggestions and just for being here! LOVE YOU ALL!
