Added 2022-06-11 06:50:40 +0000 UTCWell these are just too fun, I am glad to be caught up to the real world and to see the new one IN THEATRES! I didn't love this one as much as the first JW but it was still a popcorn adventure with some pretty awesome scenes! When will they learn?! haha

2022-06-13 07:42:12 +0000 UTCThis is actually my third favorite Jurassic movie. I base my favorites on how much i like the kids in the movie and don't want them to die. Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park 3 top the list. Jurassic World is dead last.

Not sure if anyone as mentioned it in other post but just wondering if you’ve seen the short film they did here the link https://youtu.be/C7kbVvpOGdQ or just go onto YouTube and put Jurassic World, Battle at Big Rock. I’m hoping to see the new one sometime this week I’m so looking forward to it.

2022-06-11 20:08:27 +0000 UTCI'm of the same mind- I actually didn't like it on the first watch- but upon re-watching it I think it does some things really well (the over the top action set pieces notwithstanding). I was also a bit puzzled by the human clone sub-plot that seemingly comes out of nowhere but now I believe that if Joe Johnston and team hadn't squandered the attempt at JP3 they could've been developing these plot points in a more meaningful way much earlier so they didn't seem random or rushed. Either way, loved your reaction! I hope you like Dominion!

Also Bryce Dallas Howard didn't care one bit about the dinosaurs in the first movie they were nothing but money to her and she killed many people with her choices i don't know how shes not in prison but now were supposed to believe she's an activist and believe she cares about the dinosaurs LOL

2022-06-11 13:15:00 +0000 UTCDefinitely be good to see the old crew, but man.. It was blatantly obvious the quality is on the downward slope. Endless call backs with nothing innovative. You can't make a whole movie out of Chris Pratt squat-strafing with his hand up to a deadly CGI dinosaur or 'riding' a motorcycle on an unmistakable green screen and expect it to have the impact of the original. Ripping all the vibrant petals off of the flowers and throwing them into dirt doesn't make a garden, but that's the way they've kept making the JP franchise.

I know you are not supposed to knock it till you try it, but that just sounds all sorts of wrong. Sounds even worse than some of the flavours I have seen in Australia. Salt and Vinegar chips in chocolate. Ritz crackers in chocolate and Vegemite in Chocolate.

2022-06-11 07:02:34 +0000 UTCI watched Dominion the other day, man it was a trip. The old cast coming together with the new. And so many random easter eggs and little things. I'm sure you are gonna love it Cass. They had a double feature which I did, the original Jurassic Park followed by the latest. That was a ton of fun. Im told I saw the original in theaters by my dad but I was to young to remember. But watching it again in theaters with him and then the new one was so much fun.
