2021-10-06 20:29:44 +0000 UTCOne thing that I definitely didn't catch on to before my 2nd time watching this film, is the scene with the cop early on. When he asks Chris for his ID, you're thinking that he's a racist cop who wants to pin the accident to Chris. But when you think about it, he probably knew that a lot of black people had gone missing in that area. So in the case that Chris went missing, he'd know that he was last seen with Rose. That's a great and nuanced scene. Perspective is everything
