Added 2021-08-04 04:35:38 +0000 UTCHere is my reaction to Mad Max Fury Road. Woooooahhhhhhhh!I Was speechless so much of this movie and still processing it. I saw the trailer for this movie in a theatre when it first came out and said "you could not pay me to watch that movie" and look where we are now haha. I actually liked it way way more than I thought I would. I would have loved more back story, but I did surprisingly feel a connection to the characters even without it. I thought it was incredibly well done and very unforgettable in the sense that I can't stop thinking about it and will probably never be able to get some of those images out of my mind!

"Max. My name is Max. That's my name." This movie won 6 Oscars. One of the girls (breeders) is the daughter of Lenny Kravitz. Another is the grandaughter of Elvis Presley. The Road Warrior (1981) [Mad Max 2] is the best old one to watch. Mel Gibson is Max the road warrior. Mel Gibson starring in that role made him an international superstar. Released in 1981 the year I graduated high school. We loved that movie.

Also it was released in a theaters this past weekend so I took my AirPods and listened to your reaction with on earbud lol. I watched it again the following night and I was like “I can never get sick of this movie” Also there were some folks dressed up which was amazing

There is no sequential order other than "Mad Max"(1979) was the first. Been binging a bit and love when you and your sis partner up, you're both very funny and insightful, Keep up the great work.

However, the reason for my comment is to draw your attention to another Tom Hardy movie, probably the best movie performance he has ever given in a hugely underrated movie that no one talks about. A movie called "Locke". When I first saw it I could not stop thinking about it for days. It is an acting masterclass from Hardy. If you watch it, you need to go in completely blank knowing nothing about the plot. Far better that way. Trust me!
